Amanora Park Town is a residential township project in Hadapsar, Pune. The project is developed by the City Corporation Limited. The project is built over 400 acres of land with a Sewage management system and separate power grid.
Notably, the Township is built with smart infrastructure, Smart access cards, Sustainable electricity, public transport etc.
The township project comes under the Government of Maharashtra's special township policy.
Amanora Chambers, a juncture for multiple start-ups and offices, is a part of Amanora township.

Megapolis is an residential township in Pimpri-Chinchwad, India. It is located along the outskirts of Pune, in Hinjawadi. The township is being built at an estimated cost of ₹3,000 crore (US$360 million). It is developed by Pegasus Properties, a joint venture of Kumar Properties and Avinash Bhosale Infrastructure Ltd (ABIL). Work on the project started in early 2007, it was launched in April 2012, and possession of various building and housing projects started in 2013. Some new building clusters are launched in 2018 and 2019.

Citizens started occupying the houses since 2010, and continues to develop itself with newer mid- and high-rise residential towers.
The Araneta City Cyberpark is a 8-hectare (20-acre) office development located in the Araneta City in Cubao, Quezon City. Located along the southern part of the mixed-use commercial development, the office complex is currently undergoing a ₱20 billion redevelopment under a new master plan, consisting of five green office towers, retail spaces, and an outdoor park. The ongoing development currently includes 2 towers completed, and one tower topped off, with 191,000 m2 (2,055,906.89 sq ft) of office space completed as of January 2021.
