Amrutham is a 2004 Malayalam family drama directed by Sibi Malayil, starring Jayaram, Arun, Padmapriya, and Bhavana in the lead roles. The film also stars Nedumudi Venu, Jagathy Sreekumar, and KPAC Lalitha.
The story of "Amrutham" is about two brothers, Gopi and Dinesh. Gopi is a farmer who works hard to give his brother a good education after their father deserts them when Dinesh is just a child.
Dinesh, now a final-year degree student, is involved with the daughter of the local teashop owner, played by Bhavana. He is also involved in college politics. On the other hand, Gopi is in a relationship with a Muslim girl, Sainaba. All hell breaks loose when Gopi marries Sainaba and brings her home.
Amrutham's songs and background score were composed by M Jayachandran. The lyrics were written by Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri. The music album has five songs:

Bharatham is a 1991 Indian Malayalam-language musical drama film written by A. K. Lohithadas and directed by Sibi Malayil. It stars Mohanlal, Urvashi, Nedumudi Venu, Lakshmi, and Murali. The film was produced by Mohanlal through his production house Pranavam Arts. The film features original songs composed by Raveendran and a background score by Johnson. Bharatham is interpreted as a modern-day adaptation of the Ramayana from Bharatha's perspective. How, in the absence of his elder brother, Gopinathan takes the responsibility of the family and hides his griefs is the core of the story.
Manassinakkare is a 2003 Indian Malayalam family drama film directed by Sathyan Anthikkad and written by Ranjan Pramod. It stars Jayaram, Sheela, and Nayanthara in the lead, while Innocent, Oduvil Unnikrishnan, K. P. A. C. Lalitha, Siddique, Sukumari, Nedumudi Venu, and Mammukoya play other prominent roles. The film's score and soundtrack were composed by Ilayaraja. The film marked the return of Sheela as an actress and the film debut of Nayanthara. It won five awards at Filmfare Awards South.
Akkareyakkareyakkare, also known Akkare Akkare Akkare is a 1990 Indian Malayalam-language buddy cop comedy film directed by Priyadarshan and written by Sreenivasan. It stars Mohanlal, Sreenivasan, M.
