Anaqua’s Enterprise IAM software and services supports the IA lifecycle from idea to monetization for all IA categories, including inventions, patents, trade secrets, brands, and trademarks. [6] [7] [8] [9] [10]

Anaqua Express is designed for smaller IP teams. [9] [10] Anaqua Element is a cloud-based software service for IP professionals managing small portfolios. [6] [9] Anaqua Essential helps law firms manage intellectual assets on behalf of clients. [10] [11] [12]

History

The firm was formed in 2005 with initial investment from Paul DiGiammarino, receiving additional funding from Beacon Equity Partners (BEP). [13] In 2008, Priya Iyer was appointed its CEO, taking over the position previously held by DiGiammarino. [14] [15] [16]

In 2010, Anaqua merged with SGA2, an ISO 9000-certified supplier of global patent annuity and trademark renewal services. [10] [17] In 2013, BEP sold Anaqua to Insight Venture Partners. [3] [4] [6] [18] [19] It merged with Lecorpio, LLC, announced on July 25, 2017. [20]

On February 25, 2025, Nordic Capital completed the purchase of Anaqua. [21]
