The firm was formed in 2005 with initial investment from Paul DiGiammarino, receiving additional funding from Beacon Equity Partners (BEP). [13] In 2008, Priya Iyer was appointed its CEO, taking over the position previously held by DiGiammarino. [14] [15] [16]
