Ando Kiviberg

Ando Kiviberg (born on 28 July 1969) is an Estonian folk musician and politician. [1]

Since 1993 he has been the main organizer of Viljandi Folk Music Festival. [2]

From 2013 to 2017, he was the mayor of Viljandi.[ citation needed ] He has been a member of the party Isamaa. [1]

In 2001 he was awarded with Order of the White Star, V class. [3]

University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy is an Estonian institution of higher education, situated in the provincial town of Viljandi, central Estonia. The UT Viljandi Culture Academy merged with the University of Tartu in 2005. The UT VCA has been teaching professional higher education and performing applied research within information science, culture education and creative arts since 1952. The academy has about 1000 students, half of whom are open university students. Ämmuste is a village in Viljandi Parish, Viljandi County, Estonia. Until the 2017 administrative reform of Estonian municipalities the village was located in Tarvastu Parish. It is located 6.4 km south of the small borough of Mustla and 24 km southwest of the town of Viljandi near the border of Valga County. As of 2011, Ämmuste had a population of 15 residents, a decrease from 22 in the 2000 census. These figures, however, do not reflect the population number when students and faculty of Ämmuste School are factored in.
