Andrea Hanak (born 1969 Wolfratshausen) is a German painter.

In 2000, she studied at the Erasmus programme, Ireland. In 2005, she graduated from Academy of Fine Arts Munich, where she studied with Günther Förg. She lives and works in Munich. [1]

In 2014 he had a guestprofessorship at the Hochschule für bildende Künste Hamburg and from 2016 to 2019 at the Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Künste Karlsruhe. Currently he is teaching at the Hochschule der bildende Künste Essen. His studio is at Studio Voltaire. Vater lives in London and works in London and Essen.

Lane Twitchell American artist (born 1967)

Lane Jay Twitchell is a mixed media artist of visionary images. His intricately patterned abstract and semi-representational mixed media works are unmistakable. Twitchell mainly works in paint media, paper cutting, and collage. Cherie K. Woodworth wrote, “What Twitchell does is reinterpret the Western landscape— landscape as kaleidoscope, as a quilt made of paper, as a wide open world refracted in a giant, man-made snowflake. It is the landscape and the heart of the West—its natural grandeur, its history, its modern-day suburbs. Twitchell’s landscape is a labyrinthine desert rose blossoming in the midst of Manhattan.”

Dorothea Rockburne is an abstract painter, drawing inspiration primarily from her deep interest in mathematics and astronomy. Her work is geometric and abstract, seemingly simple but very precise to reflect the mathematical concepts she strives to concretize. "I wanted very much to see the equations I was studying, so I started making them in my studio," she has said. "I was visually solving equations." Rockburne's attraction to Mannerism has also influenced her work.

Michael Schultz was an internationally active German gallerist. Michael Schultz Gallery / Galerie Michael Schultz operated in Berlin, Germany, Beijing, and Seoul. Thus he ran four galleries on two continents. The galleries provided cultural exchange, as Asian artists are shown in Europe and vice versa. The Galerie Michael Schultz GmbH & Co.KG was dissolved on November 7, 2019 due to the opening of insolvency proceedings. Schultz died of a brief serious illness on December 28, 2021.

Analia Saban is a contemporary conceptual artist that was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, but is currently living in Los Angeles, California. Her work takes traditional artistic media such as drawing, painting and sculpture and pushes their limits as a scientific experimentation with art making. Because of her pushing the limits with different forms of art, Saban has taken the line that separated the different art forms and merged them together.

Julia Kunin is an American sculpture and video artist. She was born in Vermont, and lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. Her work is inspired by organic forms, undersea creatures, and interior spaces, with a focus on the female body. She graduated from Rutgers University (M.F.A.) in 1993 and Wellesley College (B.A.) in 1984, and attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. Her work has been featured in ARTnews, House and Garden, The Brooklyn Rail, and in Harmony Hammond's book Lesbian Art in America.

Sabine Hornig is a German visual artist and photographer who lives and works in Berlin. Her work in photography, sculpture, and site-specific installation art is known for her interpretations of modernist architecture and contemporary urban life.
