On 01 August 2018, Andrei Trifan started his coach career in youth department at Zimbru Chișinău as a U12 head-coach. In 2020 he was appointed as a head-coach of U14 team at FC Zimbru Chișinău. In 2021 he was appointed as a Head of Youth department U9-U12 at FC Zimbru Chișinău.
