Andrew Muldoon is an American pair skater. With partner Carissa Guild, he is the 1996 U.S. novice silver medalist. They won the bronze medal at the 1997-1998 ISU Junior Series event in Slovakia and placed 12th at the 1997 World Junior Figure Skating Championships. [1]

Muldoon also competed with partners Naomi Grabow and Ingrid Goldberg [ citation needed ]. He skated professionally in Disney on Ice [ citation needed ], Radio City Music Hall's Christmas Spectacular[ citation needed ], and Cold Rhythm[ citation needed ].

Andrew Muldoon is a graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania [ citation needed ] [2] where he became a brother of the Gamma Lambda chapter of Theta Xi fraternity.

Muldoon is currently the cohost of "Let's Tuesday", [3] a weekly podcast distributed through Whooshkaa.

In retirement, Muldoon achieved CFRE status and served as a Senior Director of Development at the University of Rochester Medical Center's Highland Hospital. [4] [5] Later, he took his talents to the Rochester Area Community Foundation as its Vice President of Philanthropic Engagement. [6] He simultaneously drove for ridesharing service Uber and was interviewed about this experience on public radio. [7]

Muldoon cofounded a monthly movie club—allegedly among Rochester's longest-lived—and provided the name for "SHARE" meetings at the University of Rochester, at which fundraising professionals Share Information; Help each other become the most effective team; Acknowledge great work; and Educate one another about program successes. He held a semiannual trivia event at the Bloch Center of University of Rochester, regaling participants with his delivery.

Muldoon skippered the Bloch Ness Monsters to several consecutive URMC Championships.

Muldoon is a member of the Shadow Lake Tennis Club. [8]

The U.S. Figure Skating Championships is a figure skating competition held annually to crown the national champions of the United States. The competition is sanctioned by U.S. Figure Skating. In the U.S. skating community, the event is often referred to informally as "Nationals". Medals are currently awarded in four disciplines: men's (boys') singles, ladies' (girls') singles, pair skating, and ice dancing in four colors: gold (first), silver (second), bronze (third), and pewter (fourth) on two levels, senior and junior. The University of Delaware Figure Skating Club(UDFSC) was chartered in January 1986. The University of Delaware is home to the Blue and Gold arenas which serve as the home of the University of Delaware Figure Skating Club and the Delaware Ice Skating Science Development Center (ISSDC). The University of Delaware Ice Skating Science Development Center (ISSDC) is a year-round training facility designed to meet the needs of figure skaters, first-time competitors and Olympians. The ISSDC was directed by Ronald Ludington, who coached skaters in 9 consecutive Olympics and 36 World Championships. His personal credentials included several skating titles: U.S. Pair Champion (1956–60), U.S. Silver Dance Champion (1958), World Bronze Medalist (1959), Olympic Bronze Medalist (1960), and World Invitational Dance Champion (1965).

The 2013–14 figure skating season began on July 1, 2013, and ended on June 30, 2014. During this season, elite skaters competed at the 2014 European Championships, Four Continents Championships, World Junior Championships, and World Championships, as well as the 2014 Winter Olympics. They also competed at elite events such as the Grand Prix series and Junior Grand Prix series, culminating at the Grand Prix Final.

The 2021 Toyota U.S. Figure Skating Championships were held from January 11–21, 2021 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dance at the senior and junior levels. The results were part of the U.S. selection criteria for the 2021 World Championships. It would also have been part of the selection criteria for the 2021 World Junior Championships and the 2021 Four Continents Championship, but the events were cancelled.

The 2022 Toyota U.S. Figure Skating Championships was held from January 3–9, 2022 at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pairs, and ice dance at the senior and junior levels. The results were part of the U.S. selection criteria for the 2022 World Championships, 2022 World Junior Championships, the 2022 Four Continents Championship, and the 2022 Winter Olympics.
