Andrius Petrovas (born 22 November 19872 in Vilnius, Lithuania) is a Lithuanian equestrian. [1] Petrovas competed at the 2022 FEI World Championships, at the 2022 FEI World Cup Finals and at the 2023 FEI World Cup Finals. He has been selected by the Lithuanian Equestrian Federation to represent Lithuania as individual at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, which will be his first Olympic appearance. [2] [3]

He competed at the Longines FEI World Cup Finals in Paris and regularly competes on the international Grand Prix circuit.

The 2022 ECCO FEI World Championships were held in Herning, Denmark. It was the ninth edition of the Games, which are held every four years and run by the International Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI). For team events in the dressage and show jumping disciplines, these Games were the first qualifying event for the 2024 Summer Olympics.

The equestrian events at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris are scheduled to run from 27 July to 6 August at the Palace of Versailles, featuring 200 riders across three disciplines for both individual and team competitions, namely dressage, eventing, and jumping.

Justina Vanagaitė is a Lithuanian dressage rider. Representing Lithuania, she competed at the 2022 World Equestrian Games and at the 2021 European Dressage Championships. She placed 44th place in individual dressage at the 2022 World Equestrian Games with her horse Nabab.

The 200 quota places for equestrian at the 2024 Summer Olympics were divided between the three disciplines. Teams in each discipline consisted of three horse and rider pairs; any NOC that qualified a team also received three entries in the individual competition for that discipline. NOCs that did not qualify teams could earn one individual place in dressage and jumping and up to two individual places in eventing, for a total of 15 entries in jumping and dressage and 17 for eventing. Teams qualify primarily through specific competitions, while individuals qualify through rankings. The host nation, France, automatically qualified a team in each discipline.

She competed at the 2022 FEI World Championships in Herning and at over ten European Championships in her career, from Juniors up to Senior level. Gulliksen was also part of the 2023 FEI World Cup Finals in Omaha and took part in the World Breeding Championships.

Richard Vogel is a German equestrian. He competed at the 2023 FEI World Cup Finals in Omaha, Nebraska, finishing 8th in the final. He was also part of the German team which won the FEI Nations Cup Final in Barcelona in 2023.

Erynn Ballard is a Canadian show jumping competitor. She represented Canada at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, at the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games in Tryon and the 2022 FEI World Championships in Herning. She took also part in the 2023 World Cup Finals in Omaha.

Max Kühner is a German born Austrian show-jumping rider. He represented Austria at the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games in Tryon, North Carolina and the 2022 FEI World Championships in Herning, Denmark, where he finished 12th in team dressage and 6th in the individual competition. He also represented Austria at the five European Show Jumping Championships and five FEI World Cup Finals. He is currently the highest ranked Austrian show-jumper. He represents Austria since 2015.

Sandra Sysojeva is a Lithuanian born Polish equestrian. Sysojeva competed under the Lithuanian flag until 2023 and switched nationality in 2024 to be able to compete at the Olympic Games. She has been selected by the Polish Equestrian Federation to represent the Polish dressage team at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, which will be her first Olympic appearance.

Robert Powała is a Polish equestrian. Powała competed in several international competitions and represented his country at several major championships including the World Breeding Championships in 2019 and 2016 and the FEI World Cup Finals in 2008 and 2009. He lives in Italy for many years, where he also runs his equestrian business.
