Andrew Frederick Silvester (born 16 June 1947, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, England) is a British bassist and multi-instrumentalist. Silvester has played in various bands during his career, most notably as co-founder of both Chicken Shack and Big Town Playboys as well as a tenure in the British blues band Savoy Brown [1] and Los Angeles based soft rock ensemble, Big Wha-Koo. He has also performed with Martha Veléz, the Steve Gibbons Band, ex-Fleetwood Mac guitarist Danny Kirwan, Savoy Brown vocalist Chris Youlden and The Honeydrippers.

<i>Street Corner Talking</i> 1971 studio album by Savoy Brown

Street Corner Talking is the seventh studio album by the band Savoy Brown. Released by Parrot in 1971, it was the first album released by the band since the departure of Lonesome Dave, Roger Earl, and Tone Stevens who all went on to form the band Foghat. This left Kim Simmonds as the only remaining member on the group from the previous line-up. Simmonds recruited a fresh lineup of musicians, predominantly members of the previous line-up of Chicken Shack; which had undergone a seismic change in membership similar to that which had affected Savoy Brown; which, in turn, ushered in a new sound for the band.

Wha-Koo(originally called The Big Wha-Koo) was an American rock band best known for their 1978 single, "(You're Such a) Fabulous Dancer", which peaked at #101 on the Billboard and #10 on the Australian charts.

"Run to Me" is a song by the British rock band Smokie. It was released as a single in 1980 and was also included on the new Smokie greatest-hits albums issued in the same year.
