Angus James Macdonald (born 12 January 1981) is a retired New Zealand rugby union footballer. Macdonald has played for Auckland, the Blues, Toyota Verblitz, Coca-Cola Redsparks, Glasgow Warriors, New Zealand Maori and the All Blacks in a career that began in 2001. Angus Macdonald is known for his versatility, as he has played in various positions in the forwards including Lock, Flanker and Number 8. It was this ability to play multiple positions capably that led to his selection in the 2005 Northern Hemisphere tour, he joined Chris Masoe, Neemia Tialata Isaia Toeava as All Black coach Graham Henry looked to strengthen depth by breaking in players that could take up many positions. [1] Macdonald was part of the champion Blues Super 14 campaign in 2003 and has captained his province; at the young age of 24.
Angus comes from a strong rugby bloodline as his father Hamish Macdonald and his uncle Doug Bruce played for the All Blacks, while another uncle Roddy Macdonald played for Northland and his brother was a Canterbury Colt. [2]
Macdonald signed for Glasgow Warriors for the season 2012–13 in a two-year deal. [3] While with the provincial Glasgow club he was affiliated to Aberdeen GSFP RFC. [4] He retired from rugby union due to a neck injury in February 2013. [5] He played 4 games for the Pro12 club. [6]

Ruaridh James Howard Jackson is a former Scotland international rugby union player. He previously played for Glasgow Warriors in the Pro14. Jackson started his career playing at fly-half, but soon transitioned to playing at full-back, where he usually remained on his return to Glasgow Warriors in 2017.
Troy Nathan is a professional New Zealand-born rugby union player. Coming through Kelston Boys High School 1996-2001 representing New Zealand age grade at Rugby, Touch Football and Softball. In 2001 at the age of 17 years, he represented the New Zealand Men's touch rugby team. In 2002 he signed with Counties Manukau Rugby Union, staying until 2007. He then moved to Europe, and had 4 seasons with Connacht Rugby in Ireland, two seasons with Glasgow Warriors, and then, in 2013, made his way to the Italian Rugby Federation, playing the remaining 4 months with Mogliano Rugby, where he was part of the team winning the 2012-2013 Italian National Competition National Championship of Excellence. In 2013 he signed a 2-year deal with Lazio Roma Rugby that would see him there until 2015. In 2014 he also played for Zebre. He is qualified to play for Ireland. Nathan played in the Super 14 & Air New Zealand Cup competition. He has played for New Zealand at youth level. He is a utility back, having played in the number 10, 12 and 13 positions, and a goal-kicking specialist.
Josh Strauss is a South African-born Scotland international rugby union player who currently plays for Israeli side Tel Aviv Heat. He previously played for Glasgow Warriors and the Bulls. His regular playing position is flanker or number 8.
Greg Peterson is an Australian-born USA international rugby union player who plays for the San Diego Legion of Major League Rugby (MLR). He previously played for Glasgow Warriors. His regular playing position is lock. Peterson has played professionally in Australia and Europe. Peterson has played for the United States national rugby union team since 2014, including at the 2015 Rugby World Cup.
Peter Edward Murchie is a Scottish professional rugby union coach for Glasgow Warriors and a former Scotland international player. He previously was an assistant coach for Stade Niçois; and head coach for Ayr and then the Ayrshire Bulls. He formerly played for Glasgow Warriors in the Guinness Pro12, making over 100 appearances for the club. His playing position was full-back.

During the 2016–17 season, the Glasgow Warriors competed in the Guinness Pro12 and the European Champions Cup. It was the team's last season under head coach Gregor Townsend. Due to flooding of its grass pitch, an artificial-turf surface was installed at Scotstoun Stadium.
Hamilton Burr is a Scottish professional rugby union player who plays for Waikato in the Bunnings NPC. He previously was a Stage 3 Scottish Rugby Academy player assigned to Glasgow Warriors. His usual position is at flanker.

Phil Healey is a rugby union strength and conditioning coach with the Blues in Auckland, having previously been with Glasgow Warriors. He joined the Glasgow side for the 2017–18 season. Before he was with Glasgow he was previously a strength and conditioning coach for the Chiefs in New Zealand.
The 2019–20 season will see Glasgow Warriors compete in the competitions: the Guinness Pro14 and the European Champions Cup. Due to the coronavirus pandemic the season was postponed in May 2020. It continued with a very restricted season finale in August 2020.
