Anita Verma-Lallian is a real estate developer, film producer and CEO/Founder of Arizona Land Consulting based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Verma-Lallian started her career at her father’s company, Vermaland. [1] In 2020, Verma-Lallian founded Arizona Land Consulting, a provider of concierge services for land-seekers and developers. [2] [3] [1]
In 2023, she founded Arizona's first female- and South Asian-owned film production company, Camelback Productions with a focus on South Asian and minority storytelling. [3]
According to The New York Times, "Her company recently closed on a 131-acre land deal in Buckeye, Ariz., for $20 million, and a 600-acre deal in Casa Grande for $40 million." [4]
Verma-Lallian was named one of So Scottsdale's People to Watch in 2021, [5] an AZBusiness Leader by AZBusiness Magazine, a Women in Power by Commercial Executive Magazine, [5] and one of Modern Luxury Scottsdale's Dynamic Women in 2021. After Matthew Perry's death Verma-Lallian purchased his Pacific Palisades property for US$8.55 million in 2024. [4]
