Challenge 2 is a 2012 Indian Bengali action comedy film directed by Raja Chanda starring Dev and Pooja Bose in lead roles. The film is a spiritual sequel to the 2009 Bengali film Challenge, but contains a very different storyline. Major parts of the movie were shot in Malaysia and Dubai. It is a remake of the 2011 Telugu film Dookudu, directed by Srinu Vaitla and starring Mahesh Babu and Samantha Ruth Prabhu.

Adwitiya was a Bengali television series that was aired from 13 June 2011 to 2 March 2012 on Star Jalsha channel. It was the production of Ideas Creations and the concept was initialized by Prosenjit Chatterjee. The show was directed by Joydeep Mukherjee and the script was jointly written by Anuja Chattopadhyay and Kaushik Bhattacharya. The series was shot on the backdrop of Sunderbans. It starred Bengali actors Indrasish Roy, Sohini Sarkar, Gaurav Chakraborty in the lead roles. It won awards for Best Villain and Best Couple at Star Jalsha Paribar awards in 2012.

Byomkesh was a 2014 Indian Bengali crime fiction television series based on the Bengali sleuth Byomkesh Bakshi created by Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay. The series starred Gaurav Chakrabarty, Saugata Bandyopadhyay and Ridhima Ghosh as Byomkesh Bakshi, Ajit and Satyabati respectively. The series premiered on 20 November 2014 on Colors Bangla channel and ended on 14 November 2015. This series is re-runned on 4 March 2024. The first episode was narrated by Sabyasachi Chakrabarty.

Dui Purush is a 1945 Bengali language epic family drama film directed by Subodh Mitra. Produced by New Theatres and adapted from Tarashankar Bandyopadhyay's novel and popular stage play, with a screenplay by Binoy Chatterjee. The editing was done by Mitra, who was popularly known as Kachi Babu, and cited as one of the best editors in the film industry. The music director was Pankaj Mullick with lyrics by Sailen Roy.
