Ann-Kristin Engstad (born 5 April 1982) is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party.

She served as a deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from Finnmark during the term 20052009.

On the local level, she has been a member of the municipal council of Hammerfest Municipality and the Finnmark county council.

In the second world cup weekend in Hochfilzen she debuted on the Norwegian relay team which finished 5th. She has two individual World Cup victories. She represented Norway at the World Championship 2005 in Hochfilzen and came 22nd in the sprint and 37th in the pursuit.
