Anneka Reardon (born 4 September 1997) is an Australian representative lightweight rower. She is a five time Australian national champion and has represented at senior World Championships.
Reardon was raised in Tasmania and first coached in sculling by her father Mick. Her senior club rowing was from the Lindisfarne Rowing Club and the Sandy Bay Rowing Club in Hobart. After making Australian representative squads she has rowed from the Australian National University Boat Club. [1]
She first made state selection for Tasmania in the 2017 women's youth eight which contested the Bicentennial Cup at the Interstate Regatta within the Australian Rowing Championships. [2] In 2019 she moved into the Tasmanian women's lightweight quad scull which contested and won the Victoria Cup at the Interstate Regatta. [3] She represented again in successful Tasmanian Victoria Cup quads in 2021 and 2022 [4] and then in 2023 for a second placing.
In 2021 in ANU colours she won the open lightweight women's quad scull title at the Australian Rowing Championships and placed third in the open lightweight single scull. [5] At the 2023 Australian Rowing Championships she won the open lightweight quad scull national title in a composite crew. [6]
Reardon was selected in the Australian senior training team to prepare for the 2022 international season and the 2022 World Rowing Championships. [7] She rowed Australia's lightweight double scull with Lucy Coleman at the World Rowing Cup II in June 2022 to a silver medal. [8] At the 2022 World Rowing Championships at Racize, she again raced the lightweight double with Coleman. They finished fourth in the B final for an overall tenth place finish at the regatta. [8]
In March 2023 Reardon was again selected as a sculler in the Australian women's lightweight squad for the 2023 international season. [9] At the Rowing World Cup II in Varese, Italy Reardon raced as Australia's WLW2X entrant with Lucy Coleman. They made the B final and finished in overall ninth place. [8] At 2023's RWC III in Lucerne, Reardon and Coleman again raced the WLW2X finishing in overall tenth place. [8] Reardon and Coleman were selected to race Australia's lightweight coxless pair at 2023 World Rowing Championships in Belgrade, Serbia. They placed third in their heat and ultimately won the C final for an overall 13th place at the regatta. [8]
Sally Newmarch, now known as Sally Callie, is an Australian former rower – a four-time national champion, a medal winning national representative who competed at World Rowing Championships from 1993 to 2004 and a three time Olympian.

The Australian Rowing Championships is an annual rowing event that determines Australia's national rowing champions and facilitates selection of Australian representative crews for World Championships and the Olympic Games. It is Australia's premier regatta, with states, clubs and schools sending their best crews. The Championships commence with the National Regatta - men's, women's and lightweight events in open, under 23, under 19, under 17 and school age events. Rowers at the National Regatta race in their local club colours with composite crews permitted. The Championships conclude with the Interstate Regatta - currently eight events competed by state representative crews or scullers selected by the state rowing associations. The states compete for an overall points tally which decides the Zurich Cup.
Brendan Long is an Australian former representative rower. He twice represented at World Rowing Championships in a quad scull, is a dual Olympian and an Olympic record holder. He was an eight time Australian national champion in sculling boats and contested the national championship in the men's double scull every year from 1999 to 2009, winning that particular title on four occasions.
Miranda Bennett is an Australian former rower who won three World Championship titles.

She was a national champion, an underage 2002 world champion, a dual Olympian and won a silver medal at the 2006 World Rowing Championships. Harriet Hudson is an Australian national representative rower. She is a three-time national senior champion, twice won silver medals at World U23 Championships and is an Olympian. She competed in the Australian women's quad scull at Tokyo 2021 winning a bronze medal.
