Anthony Merulla is an amateur poker player and lawyer [2] [3] best known for winning the 2014 Unofficial Texas Hold'em World Championship (World Poker Tour). [4] [5] [6]

Other results include a fourth-place finish in the 2011 World Short-Handed Poker Championship for $208,281; and a third-place finish in 2009's edition of the Unofficial Texas Hold'em World Championship for $236,452. [4] [5] [6]
