Anthony Van Curen (born March 3, 1990) is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach for Fairleigh Dickinson University, a position he has held since 2022. John Thurston is a retired American college basketball coach. He was the head coach of the St. Francis College women's basketball team from 2012 to 2018. Thurston was born in the Bronx, New York and is an alumnus of Archbishop Molloy High School and Seton Hall University. Through both high school and college, Thurston was a two sport player playing baseball and basketball. After graduating high school in 1966, Thurston was drafted by Los Angeles Dodgers in the 1966 MLB Amateur Draft.

Perry Lamar Williams is a former American football cornerback in the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the New York Giants in the seventh round of the 1983 NFL Draft. He played for the Giants from 1984 to 1993. He played college football and ran track at North Carolina State. He held the 55m indoor track record in 1983 with a time of 6.22 seconds.

Seth Roland is the head coach of the Fairleigh Dickinson men's soccer team, a position he has held since 1997. As a player, he won a silver medal with Team USA at the 1981 Maccabiah Games in Israel. As a coach of Team USA, he won a bronze medal at the 1993 Maccabiah Games. His FDU team has won eight NEC championships and made it to the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight. As of 2022, he was the winningest coach in FDU men's soccer history, the winningest coach in Northeast Conference history, and the ninth active-winningest-coach in NCAA Division I. William Klika Jr. is a former American football and baseball coach and college athletics administrator. He was the first head football coach at Fairleigh Dickinson University–Florham (FDU) in Florham Park, New Jersey. An NCAA Division III program, FDU began its football program in 1974 and hired then 27-year-old Klika as its first coach. Klika remained in charge of the program from 1974 through 1996, took a three-year hiatus to serve as FDU's full-time athletic director, and then returned for two final seasons in 2000 and 2001. He compiled an overall record of 66–155–1.

The 2015–16 Fairleigh Dickinson Knights men's basketball team represented Fairleigh Dickinson University during the 2015–16 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The team was led by third-year head coach Greg Herenda. The Knights played their home games at the Rothman Center and were members of the Northeast Conference. They finished the season 18–15, 11–7 in NEC play to finish in a three-way tie for second place. They defeated Saint Francis (PA), Mount St. Mary's, and Wagner to win the NEC tournament and receive the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. As a No. 16 seed, they lost to Florida Gulf Coast in the First Four.

The 2023 Fairleigh Dickinson Knights men's volleyball team, the second Fairleigh Dickinson men's volleyball team, represents Fairleigh Dickinson University in the 2023 NCAA Division I & II men's volleyball season. The Knights, led by second year head coach Karl France, play their home games at Rothman Center. The Knights compete as a member of the newly created Northeast Conference men's volleyball conference. The Knights were picked to finish sixth in the NEC pre-season poll.

During the season, on January 18, the name of the Knights home venue was changed from the Rothman Center to the Bogota Savings Bank Center.

Valentino Ambrosio is an American football placekicker. He played college football at Rutgers and finished his career at Tulane, where he holds the highest field goal percentage of any kicker in Tulane football history (84.2%). In the 2023 Cotton Bowl Classic where Tulane beat USC by a score of 46-45, Ambrosio made the winning kick. Following a senior season at Tulane with 21 field goals made, which led the American Conference, he was declared for the 2024 NFL draft as a kicking prospect.
