Banda El Recodo has recorded with popular artists such as José Alfredo Jiménez and Juan Gabriel.
José Emilio Pacheco Bernyaudio (help·info) was a Mexican poet, essayist, novelist and short story writer. He is regarded as one of the major Mexican poets of the second half of the 20th century. The Berlin International Literature Festival has praised him as "one of the most significant contemporary Latin American poets". In 2009 he was awarded the Cervantes Prize for his literary oeuvre.
Desierto de los LeonesNational Park is located entirely within the limits of the Federal District; it stretches between Cuajimalpa and Álvaro Obregón boroughs. It is located in the Sierra de las Cruces mountain range west of the city center with an area of 1,867 hectares, representing fifteen percent of the entire Valley of Mexico. Acero is a Mexican luchador enmascarado, or masked professional wrestler currently working for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) in their Mini-Estrella division. Working in the Mini-Estrellas division does not necessarily mean that Acero is a dwarf as several wrestlers who are just shorter in stature work in the "Mini" division. Acero is Spanish for "Steel" and is a shortened version of his previous ring name Niño de Acero or "Boy of Steel". Acero's real name is not a matter of public record, as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico where their private lives are kept a secret from the wrestling fans.
Elio Cruz was a Gibraltarian playwright, who composed both in English and in Llanito. Cruz co-founded the Theatre Group 56 with Luis Azzopardi and Cecil Gomez. Cruz penned two of the most successful plays staged in Gibraltar: La Lola se va pa Londre and Connie con cama camera en el comedor, both in the 1960s.
Pedro Miguel de Cervantes Salvadores was a Mexican sculptor who exhibited in Mexico and abroad and created large monumental works for various locations in the country. Some of his work is noted for its use of used materials such as automobile parts from junkyards. Estadio Municipal "Zorros del Desierto" de Calama is a football stadium in Calama, Chile. It is the home field of the Cobreloa football team. Opened in 2015, it replaced the old Estadio Municipal de Calama, which was demolished in 2013. The stadium seats 12,346 people and includes zones for disabled people. The Stadium was built to FIFA Standards and logistics.
