South Horizons Housing estate in Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong

South Horizons is a private housing estate located in Aberdeen, Hong Kong at the western end of Ap Lei Chau, in the Southern District of Hong Kong. Developed by Secan Limited, a Hutchison Whampoa associate company, it consists of 34 blocks, ranging in height from 25 to 42 storeys, completed between 1992 and 1995. Census data indicated that South Horizons had a population of 31,496 in 2011 and was the most populated among the private and public estates of the district.

Sham Wan Towers Housing estate in Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong

The Sham Wan Towers is a residential high-rise development located in the Ap Lei Chau area of Hong Kong. The complex consists of three towers, each of which rank among the tallest buildings in the city. The towers, numbered 1, 2, and 3, each rise 180 metres (591 ft), but differ in floor counts; Towers 1 and 2 contain 52 floors, while Tower 3 has 53. The entire complex was completed in 2003. The structures, designed by architectural firm AGC Design and developed in a collaboration between Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings and Sun Hung Kai Properties, are composed entirely of residential units.

Ap Lei Chau Estate is a public housing estate in Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It is the first public housing estate in Ap Lei Chau. Completed in two phases in 1980 and 1982 respectively, the estate consists of 8 residential blocks providing 4,453 flats. It was one of the public housing estates built from 1980 to 1982 to accommodate people affected by a major fire in Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter.

It got the occupation permit at the end of April 2011.
