AraGeek is an Arabic digital media website, founded in 2011 by two Syrian bloggers: Emad Shams and Malaz Madani while studying in the United Kingdom. [1] Arageek is one of first Arabic online magazine to offer engaging and relevant content focused on technology and social media news to Arab youth. [2] [3]
in 2010, Ibda3world section won "BOBs Award" from the BOB award in 2010, [4] and arageek also nominated for the BOBs in 2015, in 2016 Arageek was the winner of the blogging category at the Arab Social Media Influences Awards in Dubai. [5] [6]
As of January 2018, there is more than 3,000,000 monthly unique visitors that make one of the most visited Arabic language media website, and it had more than 2,500,000 fans on Facebook and close to 200,000 followers on Twitter. [7] [8]

In 2016 Arageek was the winner of the blogging category at the Arab Social Media Influencers Summit in Dubai. [11] and it was also nominated for the BOBs (weblog award) in 2015. [12] [13]

King Abdullah Park, formerly Al-Malaz Square, is an urban park and former horse racecourse in al-Malaz, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, located adjacent to Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium. Covering an area of 31.8 hectares, the square served as an equestrian field from the early days of the country's unification till 2002, before being reopened as the largest public park in the Kingdom in 2013. Popular for its 12-meter wide pedestrian corridor, 110-meter giant laser fountains and an artificial lake, the park gets flooded by visitors during festive seasons of Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha and publicly organized events such as the Saudi National Day where the park also displays fireworks before midnight.
Raed Al-Jishi a poet and a translator from Saudi Arabia. He was born in Al-Qatif Governorate in 1396 AH. He published books that vary between poetry, novel and literary translations. His poems have been translated into English, Italian, French, and other languages. Some of his notable works are the novel (Gulf Snake) and Diwan (Fragments of Love). He won several literary prizes, including the Golden Cup award for the best poetry book translated into Italian, in the competition in southern Italy in 2018.
