The Men's Individual Open was an archery competition in the 1992 Summer Paralympics. [1]

Contents

Gold medalist, Jens Fudge, was the second Danish male archer to win a medal in the Paralympics, after Finn Larsen who won gold in 1980, as he defeated Japanese Kenichi Nishii in the final. The bronze medal match was won by Korean Hyun Kwan Cho.

Great Britain sent a delegation to compete at the 1972 Summer Paralympics in Heidelberg, West Germany. Teams from the nation are referred to by International Paralympic Committee (IPC) as Great Britain despite athletes from the whole of the United Kingdom, including those from Northern Ireland, being eligible.
