Chairman and Chief Scout of the Nykterhetsrörelsens Scoutförbund

Arne Lundberg (10 October 1925 - 19 December 1993) was a Swedish Scout and Temperance leader. He was the chairman and Chief Scout of the IOGT Scouts between 1966 and 1971 and chairman and Chief Scout of the Swedish Temperance Guide and Scout Association between 1970 and 1973 and between 1976 and 1984.

He was awarded the Silver Wolf, the highest Swedish scout award in 1961.

In 1988, Lundberg was awarded the 191st Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting. [1]

John Clive Cecil May from London, United Kingdom, was the Vice-Chairman of the World Scout Committee, the main executive body of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. He was elected at the 38th World Scout Conference in South Korea for a six-year term, the first United Kingdom Scouter elected since former Chief Scout of the Scout Association, Sir Garth Morrison. In his youth, May worked for Colony Holidays.

Dr. Mario Díaz Martínez of Spain was one of 12 elected volunteer members of the World Scout Committee, the main executive body of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. He served as the liaison to the International Catholic Conference of Scouting (ICCS), and was elected Vice-Chairman of the World Scout Committee with Simon Rhee at the 38th World Scout Conference in South Korea in 2008. His term on the World Scout Committee expired at the 39th World Scout Conference in Brazil in 2011.

Manuel Pinto was a member of the Parliament of Uganda where he served on various statutory committees and committees, he was a government minister from 1993 to 1995 and the first director general of the commission on AIDS in Uganda from 1992 to 1995. Pinto was Chief Scout of Uganda and served as the Chairman of the Africa Scout Committee.

Herbert William Garnet de la Hunt served as the Chief Scout of the Boy Scouts of South Africa, as well as the Vice-Chairman of the Africa Scout Committee, and was the first South African to be elected to the World Scout Committee, a member from 1996 to 2002 and held the post of chairman of the committee. In 1994, de la Hunt was awarded the 234th Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting. On 27 April 2013 he received the Order of the Baobab.

Bertil Tunje from Borås Sweden, was the vice-chairman of the World Scout Committee, the main executive body of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. He joined as a member of the World Scout Committee 1985 and was elected as Vice-chairman 1990 and served as that until 1996. He was a member of the Steering Committee of the World Scout Committee 1985 to 1996. Tunje served as a member of the WOSM/WAGGGS Consultative Committee 1985–1995, World Programme Committee 1985–1990. He was the chairman of the Educational Methods Group 1990-1996 and he was the chairman Strategy Task Force 1996–1999.

Karl Göran Hägerdal is the Global Director of Scouting Development at the World Scout Bureau headquarters of the World Organization of the Scout Movement in Kuala Lumpur, and served as one of three camp chiefs of the 22nd World Scout Jamboree at Rinkaby, Kristianstad, Skåne in southern Sweden, 27 July to 7 August 2011. Between 2004 and 2012 he was Deputy Secretary General of the Svenska Scoutrådet, the former umbrella organization for Swedish Scouting.

Shree Ram Lamichhanne from Lalitpur, Nepal, served as the Chief Commissioner of Nepal Scouts and as the Regional Vice-Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Committee of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM), and as an elected volunteer member from 2009 to 2015, presently serving as Chairman of the Awards Committee.

Norman S. Johnson (d.1989) was a dentist and an Australian and international Scouting official.
