Arnljot Karstein Eidnes (18 July 1909 - 13 May 1990) is a Norwegian politician for the Liberal Party.

He served as a deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from Troms during the terms 19611965 and 19651969.

He lectured at the University of Oslo from 1959 to 1965, and then at the Norwegian Institute of Technology, eventually as a Professor of mathematical statistics. He published the textbooks Sannsynlighetsregning og statistisk metodelære in 1972 and 1973.
