Arnoldas Burkovskis (born 1967 in Jonava) is a Lithuanian financer bank manager, head of Turto Bankas, a former politician, and deputy Minister of Economy of Lithuania.
He graduated 1984 from Jonava 3rd Middle School. Burkovskis graduated in physics at Vilnius University (VU) and after that, received a master's degree in economics at the International Business School at VU. From 2005 to 2008 he studied in Amsterdam at a financial institution in the Netherlands.
From 1992 he worked at Bank AB Hermis, E Energija, Šiaulių Banko Investicijų Valdymas, Arthur Andersen etc. Then he was advisor to the Minister of Economy Dainius Kreivys and from 2009 to 2010 deputy minister of economy. His successor was Daumantas Lapinskas. [1] Since September 2010 Burkovskis has been chairman and managing director of the Lithuanian bank Turto Bankas. [2]
Burkovskis is divorced and has a son. [3]
He speaks Russian and English.

Viktoras Muntianas is a Lithuanian politician of Moldovan descent and former Speaker of the Seimas. In 1968 he graduated from the high school in Marijampolė. Ūkio Bankas was a Lithuanian commercial bank based in Kaunas. More than 50% of shares are owned by Lithuanian businessman Vladimir Romanov who therefore is in the control of the bank. It was the fifth largest and oldest private bank in Lithuania.

Bankas Snoras AB or simply SNORAS was a commercial bank, founded in Lithuania operating in all three Baltic states. It was a member of the financial group Konversbank and was listed on the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange. On November 16, 2011, 100% of the bank shares were nationalized by the Lithuanian government and the bank was placed into temporary administration. On November 24, the bank was declared bankrupt. It had 4 billion litas in debt.
