Around the World in 80 Plates is an American reality competition television series that debuted May 9, 2012, on Bravo. [1] The series follows twelve chefs competing in a culinary race across ten countries in 44 days and is hosted by professional chefs Curtis Stone and Cat Cora. [2]

The teams are given maps of three pubs and must visit each one offering food and drinks. The first team to finish wins.

Episode 2: Forget Paris

The teams navigate through France and do several sheep-themed challenges. First, two teammates must correctly identify six sheep cheeses. Next, each team must herd four sheep into a pen without touching the animals. The final challenge is to taste wines and match them up to their ingredients.
  • Reward: Meeting Chef Joseph about typical Lyonnese menu.

Each team will be taking over a restaurant, making four dishes a piece. Both teams must also craft a quenelle to be served.

Episode 3: Something Smells Fishy

The teams sort and prepare three different types of seafood: monkfish, merluza, and sepia. Each type of seafood is worth a different amount of money. By the time the delivery truck arrives, whoever makes the most money wins.

Each team will share a restaurant, each creating a three course seafood menu based on the seafood they prepared in the previous challenge.

Top Chef: Texas is the ninth season of the American reality television series Top Chef. The season was filmed in various cities in Texas, including San Antonio, Dallas, and Austin, before moving on to Whistler, British Columbia for the finale. The season premiered on November 2, 2011. This season of Top Chef featured a much larger number of contestants than any previous season, with 29 chefs. Top Chef: Texas also introduced a new side competition to the series; in addition to the Quickfire and Elimination Challenges featured in televised episodes, the Last Chance Kitchen competition allowed eliminated contestants to compete head-to-head in a series of webisodes, with the winner eventually returning to the main competition. <i>South Beach Tow</i> American television series

South Beach Tow is an American television series that portrayed dramatized reenactments of the day-to-day business of Tremont Towing, a family-run towing business in Miami Beach, and South Beach Towing, a towing company in Gladeview created by the workers of Tremont in Season 4. It was produced by Bodega Pictures and Nuyorican Productions, and it aired on the American cable channel truTV, running for 4 seasons from July 20, 2011, to December 10, 2014. The final episode titled "Checkmate" aired on December 3, 2014, which ended the story on a major cliffhanger. A week later, a bonus episode aired on December 10, concluding the series with a total of 87 episodes. The series then went into limbo and was presumed cancelled. Though truTV has never made an official statement of its cancellation, the network has since removed it from its programming. Although the program is fictionalized, Tremont Towing and South Beach Towing are real towing companies in Miami Beach and Gladeview, respectively.

The second season of Top Chef: Just Desserts was broadcast on Bravo. It featured 14 pastry chefs fighting to win the title of Top Chef.
