Art Marcum and Matt Holloway are an American screenwriting duo, best known for writing the scripts of movies like Iron Man and Punisher: War Zone .
In 2008, Marcum and Holloway wrote the script of Marvel Studios' superhero film Iron Man , which was directed by Jon Favreau and released on May 2, 2008, by Paramount Pictures. [1] [2] The duo also wrote the script for the action film Punisher: War Zone , directed by Lexi Alexander and released on December 5, 2008, by Lionsgate. They were hired by Paramount to co-write a script with John Fusco for the 2014 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film, but their script was ultimately never used. [3] [4] In 2019, they were hired by Sony to write the script for the adventure film Uncharted , directed by Ruben Fleischer. [5] In 2020, they scripted the Sony Marvel film Kraven the Hunter . [6]
In 2025, for their work on Kraven the Hunter, they was nominated at the 45th Golden Raspberry Awards for "Worst Screenplay". [7]
Kraven the Hunter is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko, the character first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #15 as an adversary for the superhero Spider-Man. He since endured as one of the web-slinger's most formidable foes, and is part of the collective of adversaries that make up Spider-Man's rogues' gallery. Kraven has also come into conflict with other heroes, such as Black Panther and Tigra. He is the half-brother of the Chameleon and is one of the founding members of the Sinister Six.

Phase Six of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is a group of American superhero films and television series to be produced by Marvel Studios based on characters that appear in publications by Marvel Comics. Phase Six features all of the Marvel Studios productions set to be released starting from mid-2025 to mid-2027, with Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures distributing the films, while the series release on Disney+. Live-action series are released under Marvel Studios' "Marvel Television" label. The first film in the phase will be The Fantastic Four: First Steps, scheduled for release in July 2025, with the first series in the phase being the animated Eyes of Wakanda, set for release in August 2025. The release schedule of Phase Six was changed several times due to the 2023 Hollywood labor disputes.
