Artak Malumyan is an Armenian amateur boxer best known for coming in third at the 2005 World Amateur Boxing Championships in the Light Heavyweight category. [1] [2]
Teófilo Stevenson Lawrence was a Cuban amateur boxer, who competed from 1966 to 1986. He won the Val Barker Trophy (1972) and was honoured with the Olympic Order (1987). Stevenson is one of only three boxers to win three Olympic gold medals, alongside Hungarian László Papp and fellow Cuban Félix Savón. He might have become a five-time Olympic champion had the Cuban authorities allowed the Cuban boxing team to participate in the 1984 and 1988 Summer Olympics, which they boycotted.>
Félix Savón Fabre is a retired Cuban amateur boxer, who competed from 1980 to 2000. Considered one of the all-time greatest amateur boxers, he became three-time Olympic gold medalist, and the World Champion six times in a row, all in the heavyweight division. In 1988, when he was favored by many to win the gold medal at the 1988 Summer Olympics, Cuban government boycotted the event. Savón is particularly known for having rejected numerous multimillion-dollar offers to defect, leave Cuba permanently to fight Mike Tyson as a professional.
Joel Casamayor Johnson is a Cuban American former professional boxer who competed from 1996 to 2011. He held world championships in two weight classes, including the WBA super featherweight title from 2000 to 2002; and the WBC, Ring magazine and lineal lightweight titles between 2006 and 2008. As an amateur, Casamayor won a gold medal in the bantamweight division at the 1992 Olympics, after which he defected to the United States on the eve of the 1996 Olympics.

Odlanier Solís Fonte is a Cuban professional boxer. He has challenged once for the WBC heavyweight title in 2011, and is a former top-rated contender in that division. The Boxing World Cup was an international boxing event organized by the International Boxing Association (AIBA), featuring boxers competing in different weight divisions. It was held from 1979 to 1998 as an individual competition and from 2002 to 2006 as a team competition. In 2008 the format returned to individual competition, though the team score was still accounted for.
The International Boxing Association or AIBA, originally the Association Internationale de Boxe Amateur, is a sport organization that sanctions amateur (Olympic-style) boxing matches and awards world and subordinate championships. Recently, AIBA has been trying to build its own semi-professional version of boxing, where boxers would retain their Olympic eligibility, through the team tournament league known as World Series of Boxing and AIBA Pro Boxing.
Zou Shiming was a Chinese professional boxer who held the WBO flyweight title from 2016 to 2017. As an amateur, Zou is China's most successful boxer of all time. In the light-flyweight division, he won three consecutive Olympic medals, as well as three World Amateur Boxing Championships gold medals in 2005, 2007 and 2011. In 2018, he has been hired by East China Normal University as a teacher.
Yordenis Ugás Hernández is a Cuban professional boxer. He has held the WBA (Regular) welterweight title since September 2020 and previously challenged for the WBC welterweight title in 2019. As an amateur he won a gold medal at the 2005 World Championships and bronze at the 2008 Olympics, both in the lightweight division. As of July 2020, he is ranked as the world's fifth best active welterweight by the Transnational Boxing Rankings Board, and seventh by The Ring magazine and BoxRec.
David Valeryevich Ayrapetyan is an Armenian-Russian amateur boxer. He is a six-time Champion of Russia, European Champion, World and Olympic medalist. Ayrapetyan was awarded the Honored Master of Sports of Russia title in 2009.
Carlos Góngora Mercado is an amateur boxer from Ecuador best known for winning abronze medal at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio in the men's middleweight division.

He is 16–0 with 10 knockouts as a professional and is trained by legendary boxing trainer Freddie Roach. Shelestyuk won the gold medal at Welterweight division at the 2011 World Amateur Boxing Championships in Baku and Bronze medal at Olympic games in London 2012.
Denys Berinchyk is a Ukrainian professional boxer. As an amateur, he won silver medals in the light-welterweight division at the 2011 World Championships and the 2012 Summer Olympics.
Anthony Victor James Yoka is a French professional boxer. As an amateur he represented France at the 2016 Olympics, winning a gold medal in the super-heavyweight division; he also represented France at the 2015 AIBA World Boxing Championships, winning gold. Yoka served a one-year ban between July 2018 and July 2019, after missing three drug tests.
