Assembly Bristol is an office block in Bristol, England. It is near the Temple Way dual carriageway and the Floating Harbour.
The site was previously occupied by Temple Way House which contained offices for Clerical Medical. [1] It was demolished in 2008. [2] Construction on Assembly Bristol began in early 2019. [1] In October 2019, BT Group signed an agreement to be the sole occupier of the building for a 20-year lease. [3] On 9 November 2020, BT Group announced that it would be moving into the building. [4]
An official opening was held on 23 February 2023. [5]
The main contractor was Galliford Try and the architect was Allford Hall Monaghan Morris. The structural engineer was Arup Group and the steelwork contractor was Severfield. It is 120 metres (390 feet) long and 25 metres (82 feet) wide. It has an exposed green steel frame. [6]

The Alloy Block is an under-construction a mixed-use development with two buildings in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, New York City, near Downtown Brooklyn. The two buildings, at 80 Flatbush Avenue and 100 Flatbush Avenue, will incorporate residential units, two schools, office space, and a retail base. One of the schools will be an expanded facility for Khalil Gibran International Academy, while the other will be a new 350-seat elementary school. Alloy, the developer, is also partnering with BRIC to turn a building on the site that will not be razed into new spaces for the organization.
1120 Denny Way is a complex of two high-rise residential buildings that are under construction in South Lake Union, Seattle, Washington, United States. The buildings will both be 41 stories tall, with a total of 1,179 apartments, and connected by a 12-story podium with retail and amenity space. 1120 Denny Way is being developed by Onni Group, which is also redeveloping the adjacent Seattle Times Building site. The project began construction in 2017 and is planned to be completed in 2022.
TSX Broadway is an under-construction 46-story mixed-use building on Times Square, at the southeastern corner of Broadway and 47th Street, in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Developed by L&L Holding, the building will include a 669-room hotel, multi-story retail space, and an existing Broadway theatre called the Palace Theatre. The TSX Broadway development involves the reconstruction of a DoubleTree hotel that was completed in 1991, as well as the lifting of the Palace Theatre at the former hotel's base. The framework of the hotel's first 16 stories remains largely intact, but the upper floors have been demolished. Work on the new structure began in 2019, and the building is planned to be completed in 2023.
