The Assistant Chief of the Naval Staff (ACNS) are several important senior military appointments in the Pakistan Navy and are the second in command (S-in-C) of their respective branch and these appointments are held by senior officers of Commodore rank and are reporting and functioning directly under their respective Deputy Chief of the Naval Staff (DCNS) who are the branch and principle staff commanders.

Rear Admiral Mohammad Lokmanur Rahman, NBP, NGP, ndu, psc is a two-star admiral in Bangladesh Navy who is currently serving as the Assistant Chief of Naval Staff (Logistics) [ACNS (Log)]. He also took over the command of Naval Administrative Authority Dhaka as an additional duty as of 22 January 2020. He previously served as the Director Purchase (Navy) at DGDP. M Lokman assumed his current assignment as the 17th ACNS (Log) on 27 March 2017.

Tariq Ali is a rear admiral in the Pakistan Navy currently serving as the Deputy Chief of the Naval Staff (Supply), DCNS-S at naval headquarters in Islamabad. He took the office as for Supply branch in March 2020.

Flag Officer Submarines (India)

The Flag Officer Submarines (FOSM) is the single-point class authority of submarines in the Indian Navy.
