The Atlantic Coast Conference Women's Basketball Defensive Player of the Year is an annual college basketball award presented to the top women's basketball defensive player in the Atlantic Coast Conference.

Six players have won the award more than once. Lindsey Harding of Duke, Lorela Cubaj of Georgia Tech, and Hannah Hidalgo of Notre Dame have won twice, Brianna Turner of Notre Dame won three times, and Elizabeth Williams of Duke won four times. The award was shared with Kamilla Cardoso and Lorela Cubaj in 2021.

Duke has the most winners with nine.
