Aubrey Herring

Aubrey Herring (born September 19, 1978) is an American track and field athlete.

Herring was born in Oklahoma and moved to Indianapolis, Indiana, in 1994 where he attended Warren Central High School and graduated in 1996. Herring was the 1996 Indiana State Champion in the 110m high hurdles [1] and runner-up in the 330M hurdles. After high school he attended Indiana State University (ISU) where he was recruited as a 110m hurdler by coach John McNichols.

Herring was a seven-time NCAA All-American while at ISU and was the 2001 NCAA Indoor Champion for 60 meter hurdles in Fayetteville, Arkansas. [2]

He was part of the 4x120yd world record shuttle hurdle relay team (David Oliver, Joel Brown, Aries Merritt) that ran 53.31 at the 2008 Penn Relay Carnival. [3]

In 2008, Herring ran a personal best in the 110m hurdles of 13.30 at the International Friendship and Freedom Games in Greensboro, North Carolina. [4] As of January 2014, he lives and trains in Orlando, Florida, with the 2008 USA Indoor Champion David Oliver and the 2005 USA Indoor Champion Joel Brown under the tutelage of Brooks Johnson.[ citation needed ]

He won the bronze medal in the 2008 Olympic Games and won another bronze at the 2010 IAAF World Indoor Championships.

Thomas Wilcher is a high school athletic coach and teacher who was previously a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I track and field national champion in the indoor 55 m hurdles and a three-time NCAA All-American in track and field for the University of Michigan. Wilcher was also a running back for the Michigan Wolverines football team from 1983–1986. In his redshirt senior year, he was a member of the Big Ten Conference football champion team as well as a 110 m hurdles Big Ten individual champion. Wilcher was a 9th round selection by the San Diego Chargers in the 1987 NFL Draft.

Geena Gall American middle-distance runner

Geena Gall, is an Olympic American mid-distance runner who ran for the University of Michigan. Gall's achievements include back to back NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 800m in 2008 and 2009, representing the USA at the 2012 Olympic Games in London and 2009 World Championships in Athletics in Berlin, Germany in the 800m. She also competed at the North American Central American Caribbean Championships in San Salvador, El Salvador in 2007 and Toluca, Mexico in 2008. The Indiana State Sycamores are the NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletic teams of Indiana State University. Since the 1977–78 academic year, Indiana State has been a member of the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC). The Indiana State football team has competed in Division I FCS since the 1982 season, and has been a member of the Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVFC) since it was spun off from the Gateway Collegiate Athletic Conference (Gateway) when the latter league merged into the MVC in 1992. He was the 2003 NCAA champion in the event and won four hurdles titles in the Pacific-10 Conference. Johnathan Knight Cabral is an American-Canadian hurdler. He grew up in Agoura Hills, California and competed for the Agoura High School football team and track and field team. He attended the University of Oregon where he competed as a member of the track and field team.

Jeffrey Issack Porter is an American track and field athlete who competes in the 110-meter hurdles. He has a personal best of 13.08 seconds for the event. He gained a spot on the American Olympic team by coming third at the 2012 United States Olympic Trials.
