Axel Koenders (born 28 September 1959) was one of the strongest triathlon competitors of the 1980s in the Netherlands. Besides numerous national titles, he won European championships in the long distance in 1987 and 1989. [1] In 1988 he set a world record at 8:13:11 in Roth, Germany. Besides triathlon he also competed in cycling and speedskating at the national level. Since 1994 Koenders runs his fitness center Axel Koenders Fit-Service. [2]
Koenders graduated from the Academy of Physical Education and Sport in Amsterdam, where he specialized in fencing, rowing and speedskating, and then for 10 years worked as a lecturer in physical education. Between 1997 and 2007 he was involved with the Dutch Olympic Committee and served as adviser at the 2000 Summer Olympics and 2002 and 2006 Winter Olympics. [2]

Alistair Edward Brownlee MBE is an English triathlete. He is the only male athlete to hold two Olympic titles in the individual triathlon event, winning gold medals in the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games. He is also a four-time World Champion in triathlon being Triathlon World Champion twice and World Team Champion twice, a four-time European Champion, and the 2014 Commonwealth champion. Brownlee is the only athlete, male or female, to have completed a grand slam of Olympic, World, continental and Commonwealth championships. Brownlee is also a one-time world champion in aquathlon. He is widely regarded as the greatest male Triathlete ever.
Axel Vilhelm Teodor Cadier was a Swedish wrestler. He competed in Greco-Roman events at the 1932 and 1936 Summer Olympics and won a bronze and a gold medal, respectively.

He has placed 19th at the London Olympic Games 2012, 8th at the Rio Olympic Games 2016 and 10th at the Tokyo Olympic Games 2020. In addition to his World Triathlon Series wins, he has placed second and third in 2014 and 2015 ITU World Triathlon Series.
Axel Zeebroek is a triathlete from Belgium. He has won two triathlon race in his career, including the 2009 Ironman 70.3 Monaco. He is a member of the Pro Uplace Triathlon Team, coached by Bart Decru.
Harshvardhan Joshi is an Indian mountaineer and sustainability advocate from Vasai, Maharashtra. He has climbed six mountains of 6000 meters and above in his mountaineering career which started in 2016. Joshi reached the summit of Mount Everest on 23 May 2021 in a carbon neutral effort.
