Aylmer District (District 1) is a municipal electoral division in the city of Gatineau, Quebec. It is represented on Gatineau City Council by Steven Boivin.
The district is located in the Aylmer sector of the city. It is one five districts in the sector. The district includes the neighbourhoods of Wychwood, Parc-Aylmer, Downtown Aylmer, Les Cêdres and McLeod.
For the 2009 election, it gained the neighbourhood of Queen's Park and some of the downtown.

Robert "Bob" Labine was a politician in Gatineau, Quebec. He was best known for being mayor of the former city of Gatineau between 1988 and 1994 and again between 1999 and 2001.

He was defeated in an election in 2005 by Marc Bureau and decided to quit municipal politics. He became president of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities.
