St. George is a neighborhood on the northeastern tip of Staten Island in New York City, where the Kill Van Kull enters Upper New York Bay. It is the most densely developed neighborhood on Staten Island, and the location of the administrative center for the borough and for the coterminous Richmond County. The Staten Island terminal of the Staten Island Ferry is located here, as well as the northern terminus of the Staten Island Railway. St. George is bordered on the south by the neighborhood of Tompkinsville and on the west by the neighborhood of New Brighton.
The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre is an American improvisational theatre and training center, founded by the Upright Citizens Brigade troupe members, including Matt Besser, Amy Poehler, Ian Roberts and Matt Walsh. It has locations in the New York neighborhoods of Hell's Kitchen and the East Village as well as the Los Angeles neighborhoods of Hollywood and Sunset Boulevard. UCB was located in Chelsea West 26th St location from April 2003 until November 2017. After which the theatre moved to Hell's Kitchen, 555 W 42nd St in December 2017. The second theatre located in the East Village opened in 2011 and the Los Angeles expansion started in 2014.
IFC Center is an art house movie theater in Greenwich Village, New York City in the United States of America. Located at 323 Sixth Avenue at West 3rd Street, it was formerly the Waverly Theater, a well- known art house movie theater. IFC Center is owned by AMC Networks, the entertainment company that owns the cable channels AMC, IFC, WE tv and Sundance Channel and the film company IFC Films.
The Hammerstein Ballroom is a two-tiered, 12,000-square-foot (1,100 m2) ballroom located within the Manhattan Center at 311 West 34th Street in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The capacity of the ballroom is dependent on the configuration of the room; it seats 2,500 people for theatrical productions and musical performances, and several thousand for events held within a central ring. The two main balconies – which are unusually close to the ground and gently sloped – seat a total of 1,200.

HERE Arts Center is a New York City-based off-off-Broadway presenting house, founded in 1993. The Tank is a nonprofit Off-Off-Broadway performance venue and producer in Manhattan, New York. The organization was founded in May 2003 and has since moved several times, currently residing on 36th Street. The Tank presents art across several disciplines, produced at no fee for use of the venue to the presenting artists. In addition to its space in Manhattan, The Tank produces shows performed elsewhere throughout New York City, collectively presenting as many as 350 events each year.
Theatre Alley is a block long cobblestone alley in Manhattan's Financial District between Nassau and Centre Streets. It is one of Manhattan's few alleys that is not privately owned, and prior to construction adjacent to the alley c. 2010, it was "dank and claustrophobic".
