Baby Darling Taporo is the fourth studio album by the neofolk duo Ruby Throat. Promotional music videos were produced for the album including "Hu'u" and "Also Elizabeth, Daughter of the Above." [1]
The album was recorded by vocalist KatieJane Garside and guitarist Chris Whittingham during a voyage around the Marquesas Islands, Niue, Kingdom of Tonga, New Zealand, Saint Helena, and the Azores. [2]
Baby Darling Taporo was released 2 March 2018 on digital, as well as a limited edition 500 copy CD pressing sold by Garside her official website on 9 November 2017. [2]

Queenadreena was an English alternative rock band that formed in London, England in 1998 by vocalist KatieJane Garside and guitarist Crispin Gray, who had previously collaborated in the celebrated but short-lived band Daisy Chainsaw. Garside and Gray, who had earned a reputation for their abrasive songwriting with Daisy Chainsaw, incorporated elements of blues rock and other genres with Queenadreena, in addition to their predominant noise rock influences.

The group's original lead vocalist KatieJane Garside appeared on the band's early EPs and 1992 debut album, Eleventeen, before departing in 1993. Lead vocalist Belinda Leith replaced Garside for the group's final album, released in 1994.

Lullabies in a Glass Wilderness is an experimental self-released album by English artist KatieJane Garside, using the stage name Lalleshwari. She is also the frontwoman of Ruby Throat, and formerly of Queenadreena and Daisy Chainsaw. The name "Lalleshwari" is derived from an ancient Hindu poet.
"Your Baby Doesn't Love You Anymore" is a song originally recorded and made a minor hit by Ruby & the Romantics in 1965. It appeared on their Greatest Hits album, and was released as a single on Kapp Records K-665 in April of that year. On The Romantics' original version, the song's composer is listed as Lawrence (Larry) Weiss. Although it was originally a B-side to the standard "We'll Meet Again", "Your Baby" received considerably more R&B radio airplay, but did not reach the Billboard Hot 100, only managing #8 on the Bubbling Under chart.
The Ventriloquist is an album by Ruby Throat, a musical act consisting of Katiejane Garside and Chris Whittingham. It was released on 8 November 2007 on a limited run of only 500 copies. This consisted of books bound from Indian vintage red leather, the CD in a cloth pocket in the back of the book. Another limited version of 400 copies was released on January 16, 2008, this time in a regular jewelled case and a 4-panel CD booklet. There was a worldwide general release later in 2008, but "Marybell" was replaced on this edition by two new tracks, "Consuela's Newt" and "Boat Song." An official limited edition run of 300 gatefold double vinyl LPs were issued in Spring 2010 by Los Angeles-based label, The Lovers' Will Records & Press.

The duo were formed during the dissolution of Garside's former band, Queenadreena, and have recorded four studio albums. Ider are an English singer-songwriter duo from London, United Kingdom, composed of two friends Megan Markwick and Lily Somerville. Geiger Counter is the debut album of Liar, Flower, a musical project formed by English singer-songwriter KatieJane Garside and American guitarist Chris Whittingham, who have also released material as the duo Ruby Throat. Its title refers to a Geiger counter, an instrument used to detect ionizing radiation. The album was released in April 2020 by One Little Independent Records.
