Bader Hamed Al-Mulla is a law professor at Kuwait University and politician who is currently serving as a member of National Assembly since 2019. He also served as minister from 2022 until 2023. Holding multiple ministerial positions including deputy prime minister and Minister of Oil &National Assembly Affairs.
Bader Al-Mulla was born on April 3,1971,in Kuwait. He got a bachelor's degree on Police Sciences in 1996. He went on later to study law getting his Bachelor's on 2000. Bader got his master's on private law in 2005 and his doctorate on civil law in 2010. He later went on to work as a law professor on Kuwait University. [1] In 2012,he authored a book on ”The legal system of financial markets”. [2]
Bader Al-Mulla first ran in 2016 election to get a seat in parliament. He got 845 votes in the Second District leading him to the 20th place. He ran again in the 2019 by-election after the constitutional court ruled that Jamaan Al-Harbash’s seat in parliament was deemed vacant. He won that seat getting 4657 votes. [3] In the 2020 election,he got 8th place with almost 2500 votes getting him a seat in parliament. [4] He gained a historic 7285 votes in the 2022 election leading him to first place. [5]
On 16 October 2022,he was appointed in the 41st Cabinet of Kuwait as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil. [6] On 9 April 2023,he got reappointed as Minister in the 42nd Cabinet of Kuwait adding the position of Ministry of National Assembly Affairs in his portfolio. [7] He barely retained his seat in 2023 election getting 2360 votes in tenth place. [8]

Born in 1971,Al-Mulla studied business at Kuwait University and received a M.A in political science from Harvard University and he was previously a diplomat representing Kuwait in the ministry of foreign affairs. He has two sons,Mohammad Saleh AlMulla and Khaled Saleh AlMulla. Saleh AlMulla was the youngest head of parliament of Kuwait at the time of his appointment. In 2015,he was arrested and accused of insulting the Emir of Kuwait and President of Egypt on his Twitter. However,he was acquitted from these charges.
Mapanna Mallikarjun Kharge is an Indian politician,who is the current president of the Indian National Congress since 2022,and Member of Parliament,Rajya Sabha from Karnataka since 2020. He currently serving as Leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha since 17 December 2022. He was also Leader of Indian National Congress,Lok Sabha from 2014 to 2019 and chairperson of Public Accounts Committee (India) from 2016 to 2019. He was formerly the Minister of Railways from 2013 to 2014 and Minister of Labour and Employment from 2009 to 2013 in the Government of India. Kharge was a Member of Parliament for Gulbarga,Karnataka from 2009 to 2019. He was also general secretary of All India Congress Committee and incharge for Maharashtra from 2018 to 2020.
Muhammad Basharat Raja(Punjabi:محمدبشارتراجہ) is a Pakistani politician who was the Provincial Minister of Punjab for Law and Parliamentary Affairs and Provincial Minister of Punjab for Baitul Maal and Social Welfare.
