The Badger Institute, formerly the Wisconsin Policy Research Institute, is a nonprofit policy research organization based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. [2] It supports free markets and limited government. Stratiformis is a public artwork by Korean-born artist Jin Soo Kim located in Catalano Square, which is south of downtown in the Historic Third Ward of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. The large sculpture combines disassembled knitting machines culled from a local apparel manufacturer in a grid of rusted rebar, all hand-wrapped with galvanized and copper wire. It was installed in 2006.
Diana is a public art work designed by American artist Dick Wiken and carved by Adoph Roegner, formerly located in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The carved limestone depicts the Roman goddess Diana seated and surrounded by fish, cattails and a unicorn. It was located on the facade of the Milwaukee Athletic Club but has since been removed and sold to a private collector.

The Uecker Monument is a public art work by artist Brian Maughan. It is located in front of the American Family Field stadium west of downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The sculpture depicts Bob Uecker, the popular play-by-play announcer for broadcasts of Milwaukee Brewers baseball games. It was dedicated on August 31, 2012.

The Hop, also known as the Milwaukee Streetcar, is a modern streetcar system in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The system’s 2.1-mile (3.4 km) original “M” line connects the Milwaukee Intermodal Station and Downtown to the Lower East Side and Historic Third Ward neighborhoods. In October, 2023, a 0.4-mile (640 m) Lakefront, or “L” line, to the still under-construction high-rise development The Couture, began limited Sunday service, and will offer daily service beginning in early 2024. The system is owned by the city and operated by Transdev.
The Couture is an under-construction high-rise apartment building in Downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The 507-foot, 44-story high-rise will become the state of Wisconsin's tallest residential building when completed in 2023, and will feature 322 high-end apartments, 50,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and an 1,100-space parking structure with hundreds of public parking spaces.
