The Ball Theatre, also known as the Millstone Theatre, is a historic movie theater located in Millsboro, Delaware. [1] It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018. [2] [3]

It was built in 1901, and was a 2+1⁄2-story, "T"-plan, wood frame dwelling with a hipped roof in the Queen Anne style. It had a two-story, gable roofed rear wing and one-story wraparound porch.
The Burton–Blackstone–Carey Store is a historic commercial building at 103 State Street in Millsboro, Delaware. It is a 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure with vernacular Greek Revival styling. Built c. 1840, it is Millsboro's oldest surviving commercial building. Originally located at the corner of Main and State Streets, it was moved a short distance down State Street in 1918 to make way for the construction of the Delaware Trust building. The Burton–Blackstone–Carey Store has retained much original fabric, including original siding material, most of which is now preserved under more recent metal siding.

It is roughly bounded by the Millstone, River, and Princeton-Kingston Roads in the townships of Princeton in Mercer County, South Brunswick in Middlesex County, and Franklin in Somerset County. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 10, 1986 for its significance in engineering, exploration/settlement, industry, and transportation. The district includes 16 contributing buildings and 2 contributing structures.
