Bamboo (British band)

Bamboo are a British musical duo made up of Nick Carlisle and Rachel Horwood. They formed in 2014 [1] and have released the albums Prince Pansori Priestess (2015), The Dragon Flies Away (2016) and Daughters of the Sky [2] (2019). Carlisle contributes keyboards and production; Horwood contributes vocals, electric banjo, and drums.

Sheila E. American singer and percussionist (born 1957)

Sheila Cecilia Escovedo better known under the stage name Sheila E., is an American percussionist and singer. She began her career in the mid-1970s as a percussionist and singer for The George Duke Band. After leaving the group in 1983, Sheila began a successful solo career, starting with her critically acclaimed debut album, which included the career-defining song, "The Glamorous Life". She became a mainstream solo star in 1985 following the success of the singles "The Belle of St. Mark", "Sister Fate", and "A Love Bizarre" with the last becoming one of her signature songs. Bananarama English pop group

Bananarama is an English pop duo from London. Formed as a trio in 1980 by friends Sara Dallin, Siobhan Fahey and Keren Woodward. Fahey left the group in 1988 and was replaced by Jacquie O'Sullivan until 1991, when the trio became a duo. Their success on both pop and dance charts saw them listed in the Guinness World Records for achieving the world's highest number of chart entries by an all-female group. Between 1982 and 2009, they had 30 singles reach the Top 50 of the UK Singles Chart.

Lighthouse Family were a British musical duo that rose to prominence in the mid-1990s and initially remained active until the early 2000s. Singer Tunde Baiyewu and songwriter Paul Tucker formed the act in 1993 in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, after meeting while studying at university and both working at the same bar. Their 1995 debut album Ocean Drive sold more than 1.8 million copies in the UK alone and established them as a popular easy listening duo throughout Europe.

Algernon Cadwallader is an American emo and math rock band from Yardley, Pennsylvania. They were originally active from 2005 to 2012, with a North American reunion tour planned for fall 2022. Stereogum referred to the band as the "heroes of the emo revival".

Upset The Rhythm is an independent record label based in London with a varied roster of leftfield artists and bands; they also operate as a diverse DIY live music promoter. Huw Stephens featured Upset The Rhythm as "purveyors of interesting indie" on his BBC Radio 1 show as part of his ongoing 'Label Of Love' feature. As of 2015, Upset The Rhythm had 85 releases.

NST & The Soul Sauce

NST & the Soul Sauce(노선택과 소울소스) is a South Korean reggae band formed in 2014. They have received critical attention for their unique blend of Jamaican genres such as reggae and dub, as well as jazz, afrobeat, funk, soul, and psychedelic, with traditional Korean music, especially pansori. Members of the band have also been part of reggae band Windy City, retro rock band Kiha and the Faces, Kingston Rudieska, and I&I Djangdan, qualifying them for "supergroup" status. They received international attention at Fuji Rock Festival for their song dedicated to late great trombonist Rico Rodriguez.

Leenalchi (이날치) is a South Korean pansori pop band formed in 2019.

Peepholes were a British musical duo made up of Nick Carlisle and Katia Barrett. They formed in Brighton around 2007/8 and released the albums Caligula (2011) and The Overspill! (2012) on Upset the Rhythm.
