Banda Maguey is a Regional Mexican band from Jalisco, Mexico. They originated in Villa Corona, also the home of Banda Machos, who along with Banda Maguey have been called the two most successful exponents of the Technobanda sound. Banda Los Recoditos is a Mexican Banda formed in Mazatlán, Sinaloa. It was founded in 1989 by friends and family members of Banda el Recodo by Cruz Lizárraga. Alfonso Lizárraga and Pancho Barraza, the first vocalists, were two of the more than dozen bandmembers comprising the original incarnation of the band. After releasing several albums, in 2010 the band released their album ¡Ando Bien Pedo!, featuring the single of the same title, which became a number-one hit in the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart.

Los Caminantes are a Mexican grupero band hailing from San Francisco del Rincón, Guanajuato. Originally called Los Caminantes Aztecas, the group was formed in San Bernardino County, California by brothers: Agustín, Brígido, Horacio and Bernardo Ramírez in 1976. In 1982, Martín Ramírez, the youngest brother of the band, joined the group replacing Bernardo on keyboards. They later acquired Humberto Navarro as their drummer. The band released their debut album Supe Perder in 1983 on Luna Records which included the hits, "Supe Perder," "Para Que Quieres Volver" and "Dime Si Me Quieres."
