Barry Hall is a former professional American football offensive lineman who played three seasons for the Tennessee Titans, Houston Texans, and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Career

Hall was born in Fairmount, Georgia, and he attended Gordon Central High School in Calhoun, Georgia. After a successful high school career, he committed to play college football at Middle Tennessee State University. After redshirting as a freshman, Hall started the remainder of his collegiate games, starting 42 games in a row, while receiving all-conference honors. [1] Hall went undrafted in the 2001 NFL draft, before signing with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent. He made the initial 53-man roster, becoming one of the nine rookies to make the Titan's roster, however he was inactive during all 16 games. [2] After an injury, Hall joined the Houston Texans practice squad before finishing his three-year career with the Jacksonville Jaguars. [3]

Personal life

After his playing career, Hall has become a high school football coach, and he is currently the offensive line coach at Calhoun High School. [4] On August 15, 2017, he was inducted into the Calhoun-Gordon County Sports Hall of Fame. [5] Hall is married and has two daughters. [6]

David John Bleisath is a former American football offensive and defensive lineman for the Chicago Rush and Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena Football League (AFL). He attended Tennessee Tech University and he was inducted to Tech's Hall of Fame in 2015. He graduated from Sequoyah High School in Canton, Georgia. After going undrafted in the 2003 NFL draft, Bleisath signed with the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League (NFL) as an undrafted free agent but was released before the regular season. In 2022 he was named to the Tennessee Tech All-100th Anniversary Football Team. Bleisath was inducted to Cherokee County Sports Hall of Fame (GA) in 2023.

Kendall Montrae Newson is an American former professional football wide receiver who played for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the seventh round of the 2002 NFL draft. He played college football at Middle Tennessee. Newson was also a member of the Tennessee Titans, Rhein Fire, and Hamilton Tiger-Cats. He later became a professional bass fisherman.
