Barry Lynn (born 18 March 1987) is a semi-professional former English darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation events and the Braintree Premier League.
He is most famous for his "dream run" in the 2016 UK Open, after having to qualify via the Riley's qualifiers, before reaching the quarter-finals. After early wins against Daniel Studholme and Dean Stewart and Brett Claydon, he defeated former major finalist Brendan Dolan, before knocking out the reigning back-to-back world champion Gary Anderson in round 4 by a 9–3 scoreline. Then after defeating Stuart Kellett in round 5, he took on the world number one Michael van Gerwen in the quarter-finals, where he eventually lost 10–6.
He would later qualify for the 2016 BDO World Trophy, losing in the first round to Darius Labanauskas. He also won a PDC Challenge Tour title in 2016.
Edward Hankey is an English former professional darts player. Nicknamed "The Count", he won the BDO World Darts Championship in 2000, was runner-up in 2001, and won the title for a second time in 2009.
Mark Walsh is a former English professional darts player who competed in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) tournaments. He reached No. 6 in the PDC Order of Merit.

The collapse of the BDO in September 2020 and subsequent postponement of the World Darts Federation-sanctioned event meant that this edition was the first undisputed World Championship in the sport since John Lowe won the BDO World Darts Championship in 1993. The event took place at the Alexandra Palace in London from 15 December 2020 – 3 January 2021, and was played behind closed doors, except for the first day of the tournament, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 2022 PDC World Darts Championship was the 29th World Championship organised by the Professional Darts Corporation since it separated from the now-defunct British Darts Organisation. It took place at the Alexandra Palace in London from 15 December 2021 to 3 January 2022.
