Barry Mpigi

Senator, Barry Barinada Mpigi (born 1961) [1] is a Nigerian politician from Rivers State, Nigeria. He served as a member of the Nigerian House of Representatives, representing the constituency of Eleme/Tai/Oyigbo federal constituency. Senator Barinada Mpigi is the current Senator representing the south east Senatorial district of Rivers state and was member of the nigerian 9th assembly during Buhari's second tenure and member of the 10th assembly in president Tinubu's first tenure. First elected in 2011 to the lower house, he was reelected to a second term in December 2016. [2] In 2019, he was elected as the Senator representing Rivers South East Senatorial District in the National Assembly under the platform of People's Democratic Party. [3] [4]
