Bedo Phylip Bach (fl. 1480) was a Welsh poet. He is thought to be from the same district as, and associated with Bedo Brwynllys. His works include eleven strict metre poems. [1]

Evan Bevan (1803–1866) was a Welsh writer of satirical verse in the Welsh language.

Dafydd ap Phylip ap Rhys was a 16th-century Welsh poet. He may have been a member of a holy order. A cywydd in praise of Sir Rhys ap Thomas (q.v.) is thought to be his only surviving work. He is mentioned in the Iolo Morganwg manuscripts, held by the National Library of Wales.

Dafydd ab Owain was a Welsh abbot and bishop. His family were from the Glasgoed area of Meifod, Powys. He studied at Oxford, graduating with a qualification in canon and civil law. He is thought to have taken his doctorate in law.
