Benjamin Burt is an Australian ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon. [1] He was awarded first in the world for International Council of Ophthalmology Prize Exam in 2000. [2]

He has completed a dual fellowship at the University of California (UCLA) and in Auckland, New Zealand and was professor of Texas Tech University's oculoplastic division from 2009 to 2012. [2] He now lives and works in Melbourne, Victoria.

Burt also works with the Fred Hollows Foundation performing essential operations and training doctors in Cambodia.

Alistair James Hendrie Burt is a British politician who served as Member of Parliament (MP) for North East Bedfordshire from 2001 until 2019. He was previously MP for his native Bury North in Greater Manchester from 1983 until 1997. "This Guy's in Love with You" is a song written by Burt Bacharach and Hal David, and recorded by Herb Alpert. Although known primarily for his trumpet playing as the leader of the Tijuana Brass, Alpert sang lead vocals on this solo recording, arranged by Bacharach.
