Berkan Emir (born 6 February 1988) is a Turkish footballer who plays as a defender. [1]
Bitlis is a city in southeastern Turkey. It is the seat of Bitlis District and Bitlis Province. Its population is 53,023 (2021). The city is located at an elevation of 1,545 metres, 15 km from Lake Van, in the steep-sided valley of the Bitlis River, a tributary of the Tigris. The local economy is mainly based on agricultural products which include fruits, grain and tobacco. Industry is fairly limited, and deals mainly with leatherworking, manufacture of tobacco products as well as weaving and dyeing of coarse cloth. Bitlis is connected to other urban centres by road, including Tatvan on Lake Van, 25 km to the northeast, and the cities of Muş (Mush), 100 km northwest, and Diyarbakır, 200 km to the west. The climate of Bitlis can be harsh, with long winters and heavy snowfalls. Since the local elections of March 2019, the Mayor of Bitlis is Nesrullah Tanğlay.
Balıkesir is a city in the Marmara region of Turkey. It is the seat of Balıkesir Province, which is also a metropolitan municipality. As of 2022, the population of Balıkesir Province is 1,257,590, of which 314,958 in the city proper. Between 1341 and 1922, it was the capital of Karasi.

He is 6 ft 9 in tall and he mainly plays the small forward position, but he also has the ability to play as a power forward, shooting guard and point guard.
The Niedermayer–Hentig Expedition, also known as the Kabul Mission, was a diplomatic mission to Afghanistan sent by the Central Powers in 1915–1916. The purpose was to encourage Afghanistan to declare full independence from the British Empire, enter World War I on the side of the Central Powers, and attack British India. The expedition was part of the Hindu–German Conspiracy, a series of Indo-German efforts to provoke a nationalist revolution in India. Nominally headed by the exiled Indian prince Raja Mahendra Pratap, the expedition was a joint operation of Germany and Turkey and was led by the German Army officers Oskar Niedermayer and Werner Otto von Hentig. Other participants included members of an Indian nationalist organisation called the Berlin Committee, including Maulavi Barkatullah and Chempakaraman Pillai, while the Turks were represented by Kazim Bey, a close confidante of Enver Pasha.

Survivor Turkey is the Turkish version of the popular reality series Survivor. This version of the show has aired on both Kanal D in 2005, and on Show TV in 2006, 2007, and 2010. From the beginning Survivor was a success in Turkey, however, the cost of producing the show proved to be too much for Kanal D and even Show TV could not afford to produce the show on a yearly basis. Because of production costs the show was put on hiatus in 2007 and was brought back three years later. The prize for the first seasons of the show was 150,000 euros, for the second and third seasons 250,000 euros, and 500,000 dollars for the fourth season.
The Turkey men's national under-18 and under-19 basketball team is the national representative for Turkey in men's international under-18 and under-19 basketball tournaments. Adını Feriha Koydum is a Turkish television drama series which was first broadcast on Show TV from 14 January 2011 to 29 June 2012. A rebooted version aired from 7 September to 14 December 2012. It follows housekeeper Feriha Yilmaz, a young woman from a poor background and the daughter of Zehra Yılmaz ; and Rıza Yılmaz, a doorman. Feriha is awarded a scholarship to an elite university, where wealthy playboy Emir Sarrafoğlu studies as well. Emir eventually falls in love with Feriha, believing she is also wealthy. The series was written by Melis Civelek and Sırma Yanık and produced by Med Yapım.
