Cuthbert Edward Higgins (born 26 January 1945) is a Scottish former amateur footballer who played in the Scottish League for Queen's Park as an outside left. [1] [2] He was capped by Scotland at amateur level. [3]

Before the South of Scotland Football League was formed in 1946, there had been previous attempts to introduce league competitions in the Dumfries and Galloway region of Scotland since the 1890s.
