The House of Representatives, or Pratinidhi Sabha is the one of the houses of the Federal Parliament of Nepal,with the other house being the National Assembly. Members of the House of Representatives are elected through a parallel voting system. They hold their seats for five years or until the body is dissolved by the President on the advice of the council of ministers. The house meets in the International Convention Centre in Kathmandu.
Bajhang District ( Listen ,a part of Sudurpashchim Province,is one of the seventy-seven districts of Nepal. The district,with Chainpur,that is part of Jaya Prithvi Municipality,as its district headquarters,covers an area of 3,422 km2 and has a population of 195,159. The headquarter Chainpur is situated at the bank of Seti River and Bauli Khola. Bitthad Bazar is bordered with Baitadi District which is the place of Bitthad Kalika and Kedar. This place was famous for fresh milk and yogurt.

He passed a Motion of Confidence on 11 March 2018 with 208 votes.
On 27 July 2000,de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter operated by Royal Nepal Airlines crashed in Nepal en route from Bajhang Airport to Dhangadhi Airport on a domestic passenger flight. The wreckage of the aircraft,registration 9N-ABP,was found in Jogbuda,Dadeldhura District. All 22 passengers and the three crew aboard were killed in the crash. An investigation into the crash was launched by Nepalese authorities after the accident site was located.
