Sudha was married earlier to Bhau but they divorce. She then marries Satish and has young daughter, Manu. Bhau is also married now. Sudha and Bhau have a 12 year old son Ananda who is staying with his grandmother, uncle and aunt in Nagpur. It has been 8 years since she left and he does not remember her clearly. Sudha also remembers him. Ananda wants to meet his mother, and manages to get Sudha's address. He sends a letter to her. She wants to meet Ananda. But such meeting is not going to be easy with opposition by families. They struggle and meet at the end.

Atul Kulkarni is an Indian actor, producer and screenwriter who works in Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu language films. Kulkarni won the National Award for the Best Supporting Actor for the films Hey Ram and Chandni Bar. He is also the president of Quest, a research-action organization concentrating on enhancing quality of education. He left his study in engineering at College of Engineering, Pune while he was in his first year. The Test Case is a 2017 Indian web series, directed by Vinay Waikul and Nagesh Kukunoor and produced by Endemol Shine India for the ALTBalaji. It stars Nimrat Kaur, Akshay Oberoi, Atul Kulkarni, Rahul Dev and Anup Soni in lead roles along with Juhi Chawla in a guest appearance. The web series is about the main character training to be the first woman test case in a combat role, within the Indian Army. The basic story of this web series is inspired from the 1997 American film G.I. Jane.
