Big Brother Albania 2 was the second season of the Albanian series of the worldwide franchise of Big Brother. It launched on Saturday, 7 February 2009, with fourteen Housemates entering the House. The show was set to run for 99 days until Saturday, 16 May 2009, and the winner, Qetsor Ferunaj received a €70,000 prize. Big Brother 2 (Albania) aired on two cable channels 24 hours a day on the DigitAlb cable network, as well as on two additional channels on DigitAlb Mobile. Daily reviews were shown Monday through Saturday on Top Channel. The eviction show aired on Saturdays at 21:00 CET, while a Sunday edition closed off the week. The main host was Arbana Osmani, while Eno Popi hosted a Sunday morning edition called "Big Brother Albania Fans' Club", featuring dialogues with eliminated contestants and fans of the show. A panel of opinionists was present during the main Saturday show. Arjan Konomi, a magazine editor, and Virusi, a composer and songwriter from Kosovo, had permanent positions in this panel, while different singers, psychologists and relevant art figures were sometimes invited to give their insight.

Big Brother México is a reality television series based on the international Big Brother format produced in the Netherlands by Endemol. Big Brother México was launched by Televisa in 2002. Before its debut, the idea of being watched twenty-four hours a day by a camera was shocking to some in Mexican society. The series was successful, and it was followed by a special edition called Big Brother VIP with Mexican celebrities from show business and even politics.
Big Brother Portugal is the Portuguese version of the international reality television franchise Big Brother, produced by Endemol for Portuguese channel TVI. TVI launched the show in 2000. Since its beginning, it has been a great success.
Loft Story is a Quebec television series broadcast on the TQS television network, and was an adaptation of the show Loft Story in France, which itself was an adaptation of the Big Brother franchise. TQS became V and replaced Loft Story with a new Big Brother series for Quebec in 2010.
Grande Fratello 9 was the ninth season of the reality franchise Big Brother. The show began on 12 January 2009, and concluded on 20 April 2009 and was hosted by Alessia Marcuzzi. Ferdi Berisa was the winner of the ninth season, she received a €300,000 prize.

Big Brother Brasil 11 was the eleventh season of Big Brother Brasil, which premiered January 11, 2011 with the season finale airing March 29, 2011 on the Rede Globo television network.

Ermela Mezuraj, a 24-year-old social worker from Tirana won the fourth edition of Big Brother Albania, and in doing so she was the first female winner of the show. Big Brother 4 (Albania) aired on two cable channels 24 hours a day on the Digit-Alb cable network, as well as on two additional channels on DigitAlb Mobile. Daily reviews were shown Monday through Saturday on Top Channel. The eviction show aired on Saturdays at 21:00 CET, while a Sunday edition closed off the week. The main host is Arbana Osmani, while Eno Popi hosted the Sunday morning edition called "Big Brother Albania Fans' Club", featuring dialogues with eliminated contestants and fans of the show. Blendi Salaj, a young publicist, blogger and radio morning show host took over the role of the panelist. The panelist asked Housemates questions regarding their life in the Big Brother house, helping to provide the public with deeper insights. The Big Brother Forum didn't return this year.

Daily reviews were shown Monday through Saturday on Top Channel. The eviction show aired on Saturdays at 21:00 CET, while a Sunday edition closed off the week. The main host is Arbana Osmani, while Albana Osmani hosted the Sunday morning spin-off called "Big Brother Albania Fans' Club", featuring dialogues with eliminated contestants and fans of the show. Arian Konomi returned this year and took over the role of the panelist for the third time, thus replacing Blendi Salaj. The winner of the season is Arbër Zeka. The fifth season of Big Brother Albania is known for being the most controversial one to date, it is known also for its numerous fights between the houseguests and the breakdown of a drug-addicted houseguest during the show.
Veliki Brat 2015, also known as Veliki Brat 5 is the fifth season of the television reality show Veliki Brat, the Serbian, Bosnian, Montenegrin and Macedonian joint version of Big Brother. This season is the fifth season of the show in Serbia and seventh overall in Croatia - for both a first season after the show went on a two-year hiatus. The show is broadcast by RTL for Croatia, B92 and Prva TV for Serbia, OBN and BN for Bosnia & Herzegovina, Sitel for Macedonia and Prva for Montenegro.

The main host was Arbana Osmani, who returned for the seventh season in a row. The live eviction show this year moved to Fridays at 21:00 CET, while the Daily Recap show aired every day of the week in different schedules, also including a weekly recap on Sundays. Ledion Liço was rumored to be the host of the spin-off show Big Brother Albania Fans' Club thus replacing Albana Osmani, but however in last minute changes, Albana Osmani returned for the third season in a row. The Fans' Club show featured dialogues with eliminated contestants and fans of the show. Liço started hosting a new spin-off series that started airing during the season, called Jashtë Bigut, which was part of the Sunday marathon of E Diell on the same network. Armand Peza took over for the second time, the role of the panelist. Peza had also been a panelist on only the first season of Big Brother Albania.
Secret Story - Casa dos Segredos: Desafio Final 3 was the third all-stars season with housemates from seasons 2 to 5 of the Portuguese version of the reality show Secret Story, which based on the original French version and of Big Brother. The season started on 4 January 2015, and ended on 22 February 2015, making it the longest Desafio Final season so far. The prize is €15,000. The season was officially confirmed on 30 November 2014 when season 5 was airing, and it was given 3 passes to this season on that date. Portugal is the third country worldwide to have three all-star seasons of the format.

Big Brother Albania 9, also known as Big Brother - Love Edition, was the ninth season of the Albanian television series of the worldwide franchise of Big Brother. It started on March 18, 2017 and ended on June 24, 2017 on Top Channel. The show ran for 99 days. The winner received 15,000,000 lekë (€100,000) and for the first time in the Big Brother Albania history the winner would be a couple. The winner couple was Danjel Dedndreaj & Fotini Derxho. The main host is again Arbana Osmani who returned for the eighth time, after taking the previous season off due to pregnancy.
Big Brother 2020, also known as BB2020, is the fifth season of the Portuguese version of the reality show Big Brother. It's the first time the original format of Big Brother to air since the Portuguese version of Secret Story, and the first time after seventeen years, the regular version to air since the fourth season in 2003. BB2020 was announced on 30 November 2019 by TVI, as a celebration for the twentieth anniversary of Big Brother.
Big Brother 6, also known as Big Brother: A Revolução, is the sixth season of the Portuguese version of the reality show Big Brother. It's the second original format of Big Brother to air in 2020, one month after the fifth season ended on 2 August 2020. It was also revealed on 5 July 2020 during the live eviction show that the audition for Big Brother 6 was open and the show will be called "Big Brother: A Revolução". The show is featuring a new format and rules, housemates will have to be more interactive and competitive in the house if they want to win.
Big Brother Suomi VIP was the second celebrity season and the thirteenth season overall of the Finnish reality show Big Brother Suomi. The show started on 2 May 2021, on Nelonen and finished on 20 May 2021, lasted for three weeks.
Big Brother VIP 2021, also known as Big Brother VIP 1 was the first season of Big Brother VIP, hosted by Arbana Osmani. The season began airing on 5 October 2021 on Top Channel, and ended after 137 days on 18 February 2022. The two opinionists in the live evictions shows, were Arbër Hajdari and Balina Bodinaku. Dojna Mema hosted the spin-off show Big Brother VIP – Fans' Club and Iva Tiço was the opinionist. One week after the final of the show, was broadcast a reunion show, with the name Post Big Brother VIP. The three episodes were broadcast on 22 February, 25 February and 1 March 2022. The show was hosted by Arbana Osmani, and the two opinionists were Arbër Hajdari and Balina Bodinaku.
Big Brother VIP 2022, also known as Big Brother VIP 2, was the second season of Big Brother VIP, hosted by Arbana Osmani. The season started airing on 24 December 2022 on Top Channel, and ended after 134 days on 6 May 2023. The whole season, live from the house, the viewers viewed in two live pay-per-view channels, with the name Big Brother VIP 1 and Big Brother VIP 2, which were available on Albanian television platform DigitAlb. Arbër Hajdari returned as opinionist in the live evictions shows and was joined by Zhaklin Lekatari, replacing Balina Bodinaku. Megi Pojani hosted the spin-off show Big Brother VIP – Fans' Club, replacing Dojna Mema. Ardit Cuni was the new opinionist for the spin-off show Fans' Club. A 60-minute radio show Big Brother Radio was introduced this season, with Elona Duro as the host. Like in the first season, one week after the final of the show, was broadcast a reunion show, with the name Post Big Brother VIP. This season the show was broadcast only for two episodes and the two episodes were broadcast on 13 May 2023 and 20 May 2023. The show was hosted by Arbana Osmani, and the two opinionists were Arbër Hajdari and Zhaklin Lekatari.

The season began airing on 13 January 2024 on Top Channel. The whole season, live from the house, can be viewed in two live pay-per-view channels, with the name Big Brother VIP 1 and Big Brother VIP 2, which are available on Albanian television platform DigitAlb. Arbër Hajdari returned as opinionist in the live evictions shows and was joined by Ori Nebijaj, replacing Zhaklin Lekatari. In the third live show, season 1 housemate Einxhel Shkira replaced Arbër Hajdari who was temporarily away.
