The Big South Conference men's soccer tournament is a men's college soccer tournament that determines the Big South Conference's automatic berth into the NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament. Held annually since 1984, the tournament is the oldest active NCAA Division I men's college soccer tournament.
With 12 titles, Coastal Carolina has won the most Big South tournaments of all members past and present. Winthrop has the most titles of current Big South Conference members, with five.

The Winthrop Eagles men's basketball team represents Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina, United States and competes in the Big South Conference. Winthrop plays their home games in the 6,100 seat Winthrop Coliseum. Winthrop has appeared in 11 NCAA Tournaments and has won 11 conference season championships, 13 conference tournament championships, and 1 conference division title. The Eagles have played 45 seasons of basketball since their inaugural 1978–79 campaign.
The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers are the athletic teams that represent Coastal Carolina University. They participate in Division I of the NCAA as a member of the Sun Belt Conference (SBC) in most sports, having joined that conference as a full but non-football member on July 1, 2016. At that time, the football team began a transition from the second-level Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) to the top-level Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS). The team played the 2016 season as an FCS independent, joined SBC football for the 2017 season, and became full FBS members for 2018 and beyond. A Chanticleer is a proud and fierce rooster. Before joining the SBC, the Chanticleers had been members of the Big South Conference since that league's formation in 1983. Coastal fields varsity teams in 19 sports, 8 for men and 11 for women. The university regularly competed for the Sasser Cup, the Big South's trophy for the university with the best sports program among the member institutions, winning the trophy nine times, tied with rival Liberty University.
The 2012 Big South Conference men's soccer tournament will be the 29th edition of the tournament. The tournament will decide the Big South Conference champion and guaranteed representative into the 2012 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship. Held from November 6–11, the semifinal and championship rounds will be held at the Bryan Park Soccer Complex in Greensboro, North Carolina.
The 2013 Big South Conference men's soccer tournament will be the 30th edition of the tournament. Held from Nov. 14-17, it will determine the Big South Conference champion, and the automatic berth into the 2013 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship. The Winthrop Eagles are the defending men's soccer champions.

The 2017–18 Winthrop Eagles men's basketball team represented Winthrop University during the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Eagles, led by sixth-year head coach Pat Kelsey, played their home games at the Winthrop Coliseum in Rock Hill, South Carolina as members of the Big South Conference. They finished the season 19–12, 12–6 in Big South play to finish in a tie for second place. They defeated Gardner–Webb in the quarterfinals of the Big South tournament before losing in the semifinals to Radford.

The quarterfinals of the tournament were held at campus sites, while the semifinals and final took place at Bryan Park in Greensboro, North Carolina. The eight-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Liberty Flames were the defending champions, but they were eliminated from the 2017 tournament with a 2–0 semifinal loss to the Longwood Lancers. The High Point Panthers won the tournament with a 1–0 win over Longwood in the final. The conference tournament title was the sixth for the High Point women's soccer program and the fourth for head coach Marty Beall.

The quarterfinals of the tournament were held at campus sites, while the semifinals and final took place at Sportsplex at Matthews in Matthews, North Carolina. The eight-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The High Point Panthers were the defending champions, but they were eliminated from the 2018 tournament with a 2–0 quarterfinal loss to the Radford Highlanders. The Radford Highlanders won the tournament with a 1–0 win over Gardner–Webb in the final. The conference tournament title was the sixth for the Radford women's soccer program and the sixth for head coach Ben Sohrabi.
The 2019 Big South men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament that ended the 2018–19 season of the Big South Conference. It was held from March 5 through March 10, 2019 at various campus sites. Gardner–Webb defeated Radford 76–65 in the championship game to win the tournament, and received the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. It was the first title for Gardner–Webb after 11 years in the Big South, and their first trip to the NCAA Tournament in school history.

The 2021 Big South Conference women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Big South Conference held from October 31 through November 7, 2021. The tournament was hosted by the higher seed in the Quarterfinals and the higher remaining seed in the Semifinals and Finals. The eight-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. Campbell were the defending champions, and the first overall seed in the tournament. However, they were unable to defend their crown, falling in extra time to High Point in the final. The conference tournament title was the seventh for the High Point women's soccer program and the first for head coach Brandi Fontaine. As tournament champions, High Point earned the Big South's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament.

The 2021 Big South Conference men's soccer tournament was the postseason men's soccer tournament for the Big South Conference held from November 7 through November 14, 2021. The tournament was hosted on the campus of the higher seed each game. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. High Point were the defending champions. However, they were unable to defend their crown, falling in to Campbell in the final. The conference tournament title was the seventh for the Campbell men's soccer program and the third for head coach Dustin Fonder. The title was Campbell's third in the last four years and their seven titles is two more than any other Big South men's soccer program. As tournament champions, Campbell earned the Big South's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.
The 2022 Big South Conference men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament for the Big South Conference for the 2021–22 season. It was held from March 2–6, 2022, with all tournament games played at the Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte, North Carolina. This was the first time since the 2016 edition that the tournament was held at a single neutral site location. The tournament winner, Longwood, received the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. The defending champions were the Winthrop Eagles.

As tournament champions, Radford earned the Big South's automatic berth into the 2022 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.

The tournament was hosted by the Sportsplex at Matthews in Matthews, North Carolina. The four team-team single-elimination tournament consisted of two rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. Radford were the defending champions, and they were the first seed in the 2023 tournament. They successfully defended their title by again defeating USC Upstate in the Final. The conference tournament title was the ninth for the Radford women's soccer program, all of which have come under head coach Ben Sohrabi. The title was also Radford's fourth in six years. As tournament champions, Radford earned the Big South's automatic berth into the 2023 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.
The 2024 Big South Conference women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Big South Conference held from November 2 through November 10, 2024. The tournament was hosted by campus sites for the First Round and by the Sportsplex at Matthews in Matthews, North Carolina, for the Semifinals and Final. The six team-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. Radford were the defending champions, and they were the third seed in the 2024 tournament. They were not successful in defending their title as they fell to High Point in overtime, in the Semifinals. USC Upstate would go on to defeat High Point in the Final 3–0 to win the tournament title. The conference tournament title was the first for the USC Upstate women's soccer program, and first for head coach Sharif Saber. As tournament champions, USC Upstate earned the Big South's automatic berth into the 2024 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.
